I have been coming to this store since 2014. Since Herb left, worst customer service. Hint, when someone brings their car in three times within a month and a half for the same issue you make time for them. Especially if it's something as simple as tire pressure or a tire sensor which literally only takes 10 minutes to check. Wish I could give zero stars.

My brother and I used to work on my cars together and he would teach me the important self help maintenance stuff. Those are some of my fondest memories because he taught me how to NOT be taken advantage of with repairs. He passed away unexpectedly to cancer 2 years ago. Since then, Herb, Caleb and the crew have been so helpful, honest and straight forward it almost feels like they are family now as well. I have come to know, trust, respect and lean on them and I know my brother must have led me to them. Thanks for all you do! Karen Neighbors

Hands down best experience I have ever had with a vehicle. Logan and team went above and beyond to somehow get a ton of work done in less than 24hrs which we estimated could take a week or more. They were incredibly kind to my family. Seriously cannot thank them enough.

The General Manager Logan was very professional, courteous and thorough. Since my pre-owned 2008 Colorado is a recent purchase, he was kind enough to check the truck and pointed out things I should address. Excellent service and value. Thank you, I'll be back.

Can't speak of how service goes since I went in one day and made an appointment when I couldn't be fit in that day, which was fine. When I came for the appointment I was told I'd have to wait for hours to possibly get it done. Not a fan.

Had an appointment (that I made online) for an oil change this morning. Got there as the store was opening and was told my appt. wasn't even in the system! I made this appt. 10 days prior. Was given all kinds of BS excuses and would have to wait if I wanted to get my car in. Oh hell no, not with an appointment that I had an email conformation for that I showed the manager. This is the second time I've gone in for service with an appt. I made online and was given some reason why they wouldn't honor it. This is the LAST time I go to Pep Boys. Wasted my time and gas only to be frustrated and leaving without getting service. Pep Boys sucks, at least this location does.

I went in for an inspection, new brakes and oil change. I was told I couldn't get a passing inspection without a full set of tires. So I added tires to the list. I will say they have great coupons to help out, but I would have given a 5 if I could have set up a later dated appt to then get tires, because the total amount with everything was rough, but I couldn't. I will continue to go here and I don't necessarily feel I'm getting the "run around" becauase the tires were not in the best shape. Overall they are above average.

This store does not respect reserved schedules, its customer service is terrible and its manager in charge is a lazy person who only knows how to respond: "You have to leave it in the vehicle, I don't have staff and... blah blah blah." The change of manager from a few months to today was terrible.

Great people, from the manager Herb to the staff also Kevin is a great mechanic who really cares. I took my corvette and they fixed it by replacing fuel and ignition relays . They also serviced it and fixed a motor light.They got me in with no problems and keep me updated with their progress. price was also good!!! Thanks guys!!!!

I stopped in this evening due to tire pressure light on and low tire pressure in 1 tire. Mike was super helpful and determined that a screw was in my tire. He quickly removed it, patched the tire, and sent me on my way, “taking care of me as if I was his sister” (his words and not mine). Thankful for his kindness and will definitely be paying it forward! Thank you Mike!

I've tried to make an appointment via their web scheduler twice and each time I've walked in to discover it didn't work. And they fit me on anyway! Great service, good communication. I'll keep coming back.
