Great Customer service my tire got punctured by a screw. It was on a Friday evening. I just got off work and they were able to get me in and out within 30 minutes.

Had to take back for second time for an oil change. It loss about a quart of oil. This was our first visit to their location. Would not recommend pepboys. This was done for my daughter. Overheard another customer complaining about squealing breaks after being done. Would not recommend . They did fix without a charge because it was noticed within warranty.

Scheduled a appointment. Drove 20 minutes to the shop just to be told by the mechanic that due to their incompetence and lack of telling walk ins that they are unable to take walk ins due to being down one mechanic. They instead will tell a customer who made a appointment ( me ) that they can’t take my car right now, and that I will have to come back in another 2 hours to possibly have it worked on and can’t guarantee when it will be done. Poor business and even poorer associates working. Customer service is a dying art apparently.

The three guys I dealt with were all super nice and helpful! Found a nail in the side of my tire where it couldn’t be patched. Turned out two tires actually had nails! They got me back on the road very quickly! I will definitely be back!

Deceptive advertising I do not recommend it at all they say outside with a sign that brake check for free and it is not true because they charge you the same and they should even be fined because the misleading advertising is serious, they only take the opportunity to charge until the last respite in the place and the truth they do things reluctantly even so they have charged you because (Nothing is free)

This place rocks! I got a flat on 540 leaving RDU on the way to Greenville NC. It was Sunday at 5pm and everything was closed but Pep Boys. AAA changed into my donut tire but it wasn’t strong enough to drive 2hrs. I called Pep Boys and asked if they could help me get a new tire. They were closing soon, but they took me in and found nails in two of my tires. Chris & Miguel were amazing. They quickly changed my tires and stayed after hours to help. I am beyond grateful for their kindness in my desperate time of need. I might have gotten home late, but I’m thankful I wasn’t stranded in Raleigh overnight. Thank you!!! 🙏🏻

I recently had brake failure immediately following a replacement done at a different location so I came to This location to have the work checked by a different technician. Christal, Chris, and the master tech, Pierre, were all great. The tech walked me back to my car to actually explain what went wrong and where the first technician did not thoroughly do the job. They greased the area and ordered a new bolt with a washer (neither of which did the first tech who caused the brake failure do) Great service, no complaints.
