I am very happy with my experience at Pepboys Northgate. Kendall, was on it. She does her job efficiently, with a great attitude and smile to go with it. Kendall didn't try and pressure me into nonsense services like other lube and oil places do. Quick and easy. Highly recommend!

3.5 hours to change tires with a reservation, and never mentioned how long I'd be waiting so that I could go get food or anything.

2 hour wait to plug two tires. Every person coming in was told the same. The manager didn't know how it got over booked, but there it was, overbooked. No discount offered.

I came from Arden location because they don’t do Uber/Lyft inspection fyi. So they sent me to Northgate location to see Kendall the manager. She was kind, helpful and professional. I was in and out in about 15 mins on a Saturday. Recommend this location!!

Kendra and Sophia were great! Looked up my account, very solutions orientated, accommodating, ans friendly. Also a great deal for an oil change with tire rotation INCLUDED! Very happy and highly suggest going there.

We called ahead and set up an appointment. Kendall remembered us and set everything up to get a trailer hitch on our vehicle. They were a little understaffed, but they acknowledged it and did the best they could in their situation. Honest work is something I can respect!

Appointment for 9am in morning was told it would take all day ( oil change tire rotation only) had to call at 6pm because no calls. They stated it will not be done till tomorrow and will have to stay over night… got a call 11 next day it’s ready, requested a discount or something for inconvenience, they declined. If it couldn’t be done during appointment should have just informed at 9am appointment and I could have taken elsewhere.

I had an appointment for 12pm to fix a nail in a tire. We dropped the car off at 11am. Called at 3pm to check on the status of the car since we haven’t heard from them and they said the car would be ready by 5pm. I saw on my Tesla app that they didn’t even start on my car until after 5, then they called after 6pm (closing time) saying the car was done. When I asked why it took so long to get to my car they said that they went in order of appointments and they made it “VERY clear” that they were behind and what the wait was going to be like, which was not true. Saying you’re backed up is not the same as, we aren’t going to get to your 12pm appointment for 6 hours, especially for an appointment that only takes 20-30 minutes to complete. If this is what it was like for my 12pm appointment, I wonder what happened to the appointments after mine since they “went in order of appointments.” Just don’t go here. Don’t do it. The service sucked and they didn’t even apologize for it.

I made an appointment during my hour break at work to get my tire patched. I show up 15 minutes early and when I asked how long it would take they said an hour because there is a car in front of me. What is the point of having an appointment?

Manager Kendall & her team treated me so well. They communicated well, made sure I was taken care of in a timely fashion and got all 4 new tires on in an hour with a smile. I’ll be coming back here on a regular! Andrea

8-3-24, I called in to schedule an oil change. The employee scheduled me for 0800. Upon my arrival, Kendall (new manager) met me at my vehicle to inform me that the facility opened at 0900. Kendall took all of my inform and checked me in at 0900. Thank you, Kendall ( girl power).

DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS. If i could give 0 stars, I would. Absolute worse service of my life. They damaged my drain plug on my last oil change, to the point that I need to go to a mechanic to fix it. When I complained of their incompetence, the manager (Kendell, female) proceeded to mock me & claim that the damage to my car was my fault. Took it to Jiffy Lube, and they replaced my oil at a lower rate, and recommended me to a mechanic for Pep Boys ineptitude. If you want to ruin your car & get ripped off at the same time, then Pep Boys is your man

I booked an appointment online never been to Pep Boys before but they were recomended. The staff was great very friendly very attentive. They were short staffed so it took a little while but being short staffed isn't something you can always help. Everyone was nice and the front desk attendant/coordinator/ operator was working her butt off to make sure everyone was taken care of and got what they needed. It's my experience you always have to wait a bit for car stuff so no big deal. Very pleasant experience. No hard or up sales which always makes me uncomfortable. They hooked me up with a coupon to save some money plus way cheaper than Jiffy lube! Thank you Pep Boys Northgate I'll be back.

I was charged $650.00 and the replaced the wrong bearing then advised by Al service manager to bring it back in and they would credit me the $650.00 to the correct repair. I took it back in on monday called tuesday was told it was on the lift and the technichican was looking at it and would call me back by 5pm . No call so i called and was told the tech went home to call wednesday morning early, drove by Pep Boys tues night my truck had not been moved at all still I know because I chalked my tires when I parked it. Called wednesday morning 8am and asked for Al service manager who was out spoke to Erica who said she would have someone call me by noon today NOT PLEASES AT ALL!!!!

Went in for a free AC diagnostic, came out paying 130 for them to look at my AC for 15 minutes. They promised I would pay a set price for the part when it arrives. The part arrived today and they quoted me over four times what was previously promised. Never experienced a more dishonest staff.

Went in for an oil change and a light exchange. Hours later was called to pick up my vehicle, not only had it not been serviced yet I was told it needed work I had already done to it. Fast forward to today none of my fluids had been topped off as I was told they were. Never coming back.
