One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a mechanic, and ive been driving for 2 decades almost. I’ve seen a lot of mechanics, and these two guys named Martin and the others I forgot, are great. Honesty, and willingness to apply coupons you didn’t know about and get you the best deal possible. My full brake job took a little longer than expected only because we were waiting for parts to arrive so I went to the auto parts store next door and bought a battery with intention to install myself at home, but while we waited Martin I think came over and grabbed my new battery next to me in the waiting room and hooked it up for free just to keep busy while giving me a hand at the same time. Loved that. Great experience thanks again guys! Pray for those chickens! Inside joke they’ll understand it 😎

Convenient location that I visited for a rise share inspection. $20 and less than 20 minutes later, I was in and out and back on my way. Very nice manager, please visit them for your auto needs!

I had an appointment with them at 11 am for a rideshare inspection but they told they will not do it for me because it takes time and they get paid $25 for the inspection. Understand the price is cheap for the work but why did they accept the job and signed the contract with the company if they can’t provide service? Now I don’t know where to go because they are the only ones allowed to do it 🤯

Random misfires code. Came here for a diagnostic. They told me there was another code for the wrong engine oil. Well speedee oil was the last one to change my oil. I went there to have them replace it. Many problems with speedee helping me. But pep boys were very helpful and kind. They got me the right oil in the end. I'm not going to go anywhere other than pep boys again. This is actually my second great experience with them being helpful. First time they replaced something and it started leaking grease so they replaced it for free.

Walked in for my 12pm oil change appointment at 11:50pm. Only one tech working. They canceled my appointment. No call. No notice. Very disappointed.

Had to order tires last minute and have mine replaced. I called one day, they ordered them that same day (the best price I could find, too! Super affordable!), and the next week I had them put on. I could’ve went sooner but my personal schedule would not allow it. I dropped my car off around 3:30pm and got my car back SAME day! They even stayed a little past their closing time to get it back to me. I was very impressed. Staff were super kind as well. This will definitely be my go to place for any future car needs!

Extremely professional. Let me know my car was leaking and was fully prepared to take care of it. She’s purring like a kitten now. My oil change time was in and out faaaast. Idk that I’ll go to any car place ever again for car work. Not just oil changes… car work. I super appreciate you guys. They need more days off. Not that I could tell by the work ethic or anything though. GIVE THEM DAYS OFF!

I gotten a flat tire on the way to drop my daughter off to school the other morning so I went to PEP BOYS to have my tire changed and also my oil changed. The manager Mike is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The auto mechanic that serviced my car, CAM was phenomenal, very nice and personable, and was also extremely quick and efficient. I had a very pleasant experience at that location. I will definitely be going back and referring others.

I’m never someone that posts reviews, but I had to shout out the guys at this Pep Boys location. As a woman, taking my car in is always a toss up and I often prepare myself for condescending tones and judgement. Michael and his team were the kindest, most informative, respectful, and non-judgemental folks I ever met. Talking with Michael throughout the process was like talking to a family friend. I had procrastinated on getting my brakes done until one day it started grinding horribly on my way home from work. I called first thing in the morning and Michael answered I immediately felt at ease taking it in. Once the initial inspection was over, Michael called me and walked me through the cost, talked to me about my oil and other inspection items. He was so kind and compassionate when I panicked a bit and said I’d have to call him back to see what I could afford. He even made sure I knew about a coupon that was online (and pulled it up himself when I came to pick up my car later that day!) In addition to the brakes and rotors, they also ended up fixing a slow leak I had in my tire and giving me a LONG overdue oil change. Michael also made sure to walk me through the lifetime warranty on the brake pads. You could tell he cared so much when he walked me through the lifetime warranty, like he knew that it would be a huge benefit to a procrastinator like me haha. I will bring my car for anything else I have in the future. I can’t recommend them enough. Huge huge thank you to Michael and his team!

The guys at the store were awesome, they replaced my car battery and the price was less than 1/2 of the car shop down the street. Everyone was nice, service was quick and the price was right!

This location on 3 different occasions have beat competitors' pricing by 100s of dollars. They didn't try to upsell us services we didn't need. I have been extremely satisfied with the counter service, and on 2 occasions they were able to do same day service because we would have been stranded. I am very grateful for their integrity, and they have a lifelong customer with our family now.
