I have had decent experiences here for oil changes in the past, but my most recent was horrible. They had someone filling in at the front from a different shop and she didn’t know how to do anything at all. She was totally unprepared to work there, moved at a snails pace and took almost 20 minutes to check me in for my appointment. They also didn’t have the correct oil filter but did not make me aware until I had been sitting in the lobby for over an hour. Once they finished I had been there 2 hours and trying to check out was the same experience as checking in. The lady at the front didn’t know how to connect the card readers and it took her almost 20 minutes to do this. I told her from the start I had a coupon and she didn’t even know how to apply it. They also charged me for them not having the correct oil filter and having to go to a different shop to get one, which was absolutely ridiculous because my appointment was scheduled in advance, I would think they would be prepared and have the parts necessary. Never coming back here.

Allie's customer service was beyond exceptional. She guided me through everything that needed to be done with my baby (2015 Mustang) and answered all of my questions with clear/concise responses. I left my car overnight and she made sure it would be taken care of and even gave me estimated times for when I could come pick it up. I've never had a bad experience with Pep Boys and she really just made me feel even more confident in my decision to go with you guys for my auto repair needs. I called some other places before going to Pep Boys and I'm glad I stuck with you guys. Thank you Allie!

I’ve been here before a few times and only had good experiences, however I went in there today and there was a different person in front desk. I do my oil changes through car advise and get a 75% discount. She told me that never happens, she has never seen that price before and tried to charge me much more. Didn’t try to figure it out, or hear me out. Just attitude. I called car advise and confirmed the price I pay with them. I guess I need a new shop to change my oil 😔

Came for oil change and tire rotation at noon on a Tuesday. Not busy at all, no other cars waiting. My front tires were slightly worn on the outside and my back tires look brand new. When I came back I looked at my tires and immediately could tell they did not rotate them. I went back inside to ask the guy and he insisted the tech did and that he watched him. Bullshit. Put chalk on your tires before.

The manager was very helpful in finding ALL THE ISSUES with my car so I went and got my truck too. The manager inspired trust and confidence that he knew what he was doing at a reasonable price. I will be talking my vehicle's to him in the future.

Took my 2017 Lexus RX 350 in for breaks and oil change. Left with an electric parking break malfunction and only front breaks done. They didn’t know how to fix the issue and still charged me full price. They didn’t do back breaks because they messed up my sensor, causing the malfunction and couldn’t get my back tires off to do breaks. Now I have to go to my dealer and can’t afford that, which is why I didn’t go to Lexus in the first place but to them.
