This place sucks! Car always comes out worse than before! Workers don’t care about their customers concerns. The guy in the front is lazy. Avoid this place at all costs!

Took car in and they broke the bumper to my car then tried to nail it back on. Didn’t even tell me about it i had to see it on my own and then they tried blaming me. Worst place ever. Your car will end up worse than when you took it.

I scheduled an oil change on line for the same day service. 8 am was available online so I booked it and showed up early for my appt. The gentleman that assisted me said did you book online I said yes and when did you book it I said this morning. He then said I already have a 8 am appt if he doesn’t show by 8:15 I’ll take you. No other appt times were offered at all. The customer did show so I ran to my car and came to Midas where they took me in as a walk in immediately and I asked do you honor your online bookings and they said yes we do. So this was meant to be. Pep Boys needs to offer other available appt times for that day and honor their online bookings or turn it off if you’re not going to honor them. Thank you.

Friendly staff but overpriced… Went to Jiffy Lube down the street for the same issue for 1/3 of the price. If it’s my money, I say try somewhere else.

I ordered tires a week ago. I was told they would be there the following day. Day after day I was told they would be there tomorrow. They never arrived. They can only tell me they’re not sure when they’ll arrive at this point. So I canceled the order. I would not recommend doing business with them. Communication is horrible and they don’t appear to know what’s even going on.

So this is my 3rd BG oil change service I had an appointment for last Saturday at 2pm they welcomed me when I came in even though the place was busy and I had a small problem the door latch would not flip back and they took care of it ... Every thing else was done in time .. got a discount then given a discount on top of than .. this is the place

Called and asked what the wait time would be. Was told wait would be 45min to an hour. Should’ve checked out reviews prior to sending my car to this location. Mind you…this was only to switch out a tire. Total time there: 4hrs. Annoying thing is, during our wait, many people called and were told the same thing. Ridiculous. Guys at the front desk on their phones with TikTok on full blast. Complete lack of professionalism. Just..go elsewhere.

This place is ridiculous They have had my sons truck for repairs for 6 months and still NO update on when it will be done No communication and the corporate office has been notified and they also have not given any kind of update This repair has already been paid Anyone looking to have work done at this location just buyer beware

I have always 'tried' to get my flat tires fix here but they always have a waiting time of an hour to two hours. No one should have to wait that long for a flat tire.

I was here to support a friend. This location allowed my friends family to throw a plate sale in front of their store to raise money for their family member that they had just lost to cancer. I appreciate that this location allowed them to do that.

Took vehicle in for 10:00 am appointment. I was told it would take 2.5 hours and vehicle would be ready. Vehicle was not ready until 16:30.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation on a Spark. Excellent service and timing. My only gripe would be the inspection they perform. Rated a 1 month old battery as failing and various other recommended repairs.

Poor poor port quality of service and customer service the shop manager needs to get fired they need a complete overhaul of the management team there!!! I took my truck in there in November of 2023 for a new motor to be put in, a job that I was told was going to take 2-3 months I got a call the first week of January 2024 that my truck was finished. I went to go pick it up and when I got there the I seen they left wires hanging under the dash that the shop manager came out to “fix” it and just pushed them up behind something to keep them from falling out. On my way home I noticed a vibration that wasn’t there before, I got under the truck to look and seen they didn’t reinstalled the driveshaft in properly, it ended up taking me an hour to get it home that day due to the vibration. When I got it home I checked the truck over and found bolts that weren’t even tightened down it looked like they just put it in 3-4 threads and left it cooling lines not running the way they should have been the fan shroud wasn’t in place correctly and a bracket was left in the bed of the truck a couple hours went by with the truck sitting and I seen a puddle of oil under the truck so I took the truck back the next day for them to fix it. I was told it would be done in a week. News flash it’s wasn’t done and to make matters worse every week they told me the same thing “we aren’t done with it yet it will be done next week” I got that same response for a while. I went in in person to check on it and the shop manager kept saying if he was there when they took my truck in he would have told them no because “I don’t do work like that” I said what do you mean his response was “I only do junk yard motor, I would have took your motor out and put a junkyard motor in. It’s to much work to do a new motor” the shop manager was very unprofessional and kept insinuating that my truck belonged in a junkyard, we had some words saying it’s taking so long because some of his mechanics quit. Honestly with the manager like that I would’ve too. I ended up calling corporate. To try and get a resolution it’s been a month already and I haven’t heard anything back from the corporate side or the local site two weeks after I called corporate. I went in to check on my truck no progress with me. I told them I wanted a resolution they offered me no resolution. This is ridiculous. I want my truck fixed. I want it fixed right and I want my money back. I did not pay $7000 for service like this.
