These guys are great. I went in for an oil change booked by my husband. Turns out I was at the wrong El Cajon Blvd location but they got me in. Service was prompt and friendly and they also caught a few issues that I was unaware of. I will definitely return in the future.

I took my newly purchased truck to pep boys to ask about getting new shocks put on. They took a look at the truck and told me my struts were leaking and need to be replaced. I took it back to the dealer who said they were dry and in perfect condition. I then took it to Offroad Warehouse to get aforementioned shocks and have them installed without mentioning the Pep Boys feedback. They didn’t call out any issues with the struts. Don’t trust these clowns with your vehicle. They will have you paying for stuff you don’t need.

The first time I came here they did an oil Change when they called me to let me know my car was done it was 15 min before they closed so I didn’t make it in time to pick it up . They left my car windows down mind you it was raining & unlocked !!!! I was pist all we got was an oops sorry ! Then I return today and again the staff is so unprofessional I walk in and the girl is on her phone laughing at memes while I wait for her to finish her important scrolling so she can help me ! This place is a joke

They did a great job in fitting me in to find the problem with my car and then scheduled me for the next day to get it fixed. Work was done fast and at a reasonable price. Much cheaper than any dealer.

Great team here ! The staff was always super responsive to calls and helped me find ways to make adjustments to my care plan . They were all very real and upfront with me and answered all my questions to the best of their ability! Totally will be utilizing this shop again!! I always have great service at Pep Boys. The staff is professional, personable and knowledgeable. Today’s service was exceptional! Gio, the store manager, answered my phone call 30 minutes before closing and was understanding of my needs (an oil change) and stayed open late to change my oil! He and his team went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care. Customer service at this location is A+. I hope Gio and his team get a shout out for going above and beyond for a customer with a last minute request on a Friday night! Thank you Gio and Nathan!

I went in to ask for an inspection, and I asked if my private information would be sold to 3rd parties. The two workers told me my information would be sold to CarFax and other companies. This means my insurance will know more about my driving, like milage l, and raise my insurance. I asked if I could opt-out and they said "no". Help PepBoys go bankrupt again. Do not use companies who sell your info and cost you more money down the line.

Service provided was thorough and insightful. It was done in a timely manner. I have an older car and asked about getting a transmission flush and instead of trying to get more $ out of me they were transparent about taking my vehicle to a specialist because of the milage. I'll be taking my car back to this location for any sort of maintenance. Great service!

They messed up on a form and had the nerve to tell me they couldn't give me the License number they forgot to write down in case I was "lying". So they want me to waste my time and gas driving back there bc THEY messed up then were rude about it.

Have a lifetime wheel alignment with Pep Boys. Since this location was the closest from my work I decided to come to this facility instead of driving all the way to the place I normally go to due to traffic. Emily helped me out during the check in process and she was friendly & her estimated wait time was about right. She even addressed my concern of my steering wheel being slightly off. The whole time I thought it was just me but they confirmed it wasn’t properly adjusted at the last Pep Boys facility I had gone to. Definitely will consider coming here for future alignments.

Many recommendations for additional service were made which were unnecessary. It was recommended that I replace the air filter but the counter person couldn't say which one. Both cabin and engine air filters had been replaced a week ago.

My car is now getting better gas mileage after getting a lifetime alignment for just $199. Lasting as long as I own this car.. My last alignment was over 5 years ago at $89. so I believe this is a bargain. I will be bringing my vehicle back yearly for an alignment at no charge I love getting noticeable better gas mileage. My favorite.

Super quick service, and the people at the front were great! I needed new brakes, and they had it inspected and done within an hour. Pricing was fair and reasonable for all that I had done. Will definitely come back here again if I need car service.

Took my car in for an alignment because it was pulling to the right. After it was aligned, it was still pulling to the right. Took it back in again, the diagnosis was the knuckle was completely off. I told him that was interesting because I brought it in yesterday for an alignment.
