After an oil change three weeks ago, there was a leak at the oil reservoir drain bolt. I took it back and got it fixed. The mechanic determined it was a failed drain bolt gasket. He couldn't find it next door so he had to go get it from another store. After an hour and a half, it was fixed, but in the process they had to replace the oil again. Thanks to the team! Great service!

Daniel was fantastic today! I got there at 8am and he was the only individual who was present. He did a fantastic job at updating me on my car as the techs were running a bit late today. I definitely was impressed by the way Daniel juggled phone calls, face to face clients, and partnering with techs. Thank you Daniel for your amazing work!

I was having issues with my main battery and aux battery in my van, and they pinpointed problem and got it fixed. Also did an overall check, so I could see what services I would be needing in the future. Daniel was friendly and helpful. I came in at opening and he told me that they were short-handed that day, but they would do their best to have my car ready. Daniel also kept me updated throughout the day with what they found and timeline. It was my first time using Pep Boys and I'll definitely be back.

Rancho Cordova location worst experience of my life I took my car in next day they said it was ready$1200 next day my engine blew up they did nothing for me could not even get a call back from the district manager I had to email him for him to tell me that they had nothing to do with it they wouldn't help me I called better Business bureau everything no help do not take your car there.. if I could give no stars I would

They hella crazy, i been here pepboys at story road to do oil change my car, 11am i keep back in port waiting for them until i took my car back home because it almost 5pm and they not started my car to do oil change,.4maintenace i keep watchin them talking at the corner doin nothin, they not ashame,. There busy because they had a lot of cars waiting but there not doin something,. I wish there boss seen them,. After there talking for hella hrs they have time to do break,... there crazy

Got a bad oil change on my Vw from a 10 min type oil change shop in fremont. Long story short Anthony , Andy and the whole pep boys crew were very helpful at guiding me through the process in getting my car fixed from this unscrupulous fremont oil change business that nearly ruined my engine.I would have never known how to protect my consumer rights in this situation I experienced. In the end I will be getting all my car work at Pep boys just based on the fact the workers are honest. The fact they are local and part of the community in this area is really reassuring, good neighbors.

Guys we're not very nice. I wanted to return some stuff. After man handling my stuff an looking for I guess used stuff. Then they refused to take it back. I would of been fine had they said that when they made contact . Seemed to me like a power trip. But what do I know? I won't be going back there.
