**HOURS ARE 8am-6pm NO MATTER WHAT GOOGLE SAYS** Have had a great experience with this store and the manager, Justin! Really good communication, letting me know why parts are taking awhile, etc. Would definitely recommend, I won't go any place else!

Been having car problems all week, with my ac/battery/fans and my car overheating. They did a diagnosis on my car and told me nothing is wrong with it. Even the battery was fine. Which it is actually dead... super weird to gaslight someone and tell them nothing is wrong with your car that has been having issues for weeks now.

My check engine light came on and I drove right over to Pep Boys. The manager Brandon was so helpful in getting my car diagnosed in a timely manner and he was also able to have the repairs done within the same day despite not having an appointment. Excellent customer service and professionalism!

Despicable service. Had an appointment at 2pm to have a hole patched in my tire. I even told them it was a screw. Called around 6:30 since the service link stated it was still in progress. Left a message. Drove down to get there for 6:58 to find their door is locked and my car is locked behind a chain fence. Drove to the pep boys down the road and spoke with someone was called a worker who was supposed to come by to give me my car. I had to walk the mile to get there since my ride had to leave. Got there in roughly 30 min and still no sign of whoever they were sending to accomplish this task. Its 7:30pm and I don't have my car. I'm leaving town tonight and will not be able to get my car tomorrow and they are closed on Sunday. How hard would it have been to call me just before closing up to ensure I wasn't going to need my car, ready or not? The only way to remedy this is for pep boys have my car delivered to my address tomorrow so that I will have it for Sunday. I attempted to call corporate but big surprise, they're also closed. I will be calling them Monday because this is absolutely unwarranted.

If you want your engine blown up, this is the place. These idiots will destroy your car. Especially frank. Doug the district manager is the one to blame and is well aware of the problem. He stated "as long as people pay, there is no problem ".

They put the wrong fuel pump in my car and had to send it to the 22nd store to fix cause they cannot handle that. And now they've had it over a month "fixing" their mistake. Basically they will ruin your car and then hold it for who knows how long. No idea when I will get the car.

Outstanding service. Was there for an Alignment, instead of having it done at the dealership. Fast check in. Professional and extremely competent service by Frank, who did an excellent job on the wheel Alignment, and corrected a severe inner tire wear issue in the front. He explained the toe was "off the scales". Was given before and after alignment settings. Major difference in drivability and handling+++. Extremely Thankful. Experienced zero issues. In and Out.

Usually great service. The only issue I've had is when they fixed my rear window, they somehow crossed the wiring and now down is up and up is down. I paid $900 and was told I would have to pay to fix the wiring even though it worked correctly before the window was fixed! I feel they should have fixed the issue for free.

5/5 stars! I booked an appointment for an oil change and the customer service was excellent. Also had a follow up appointment for a separate issue and the team at this location was very accommodating! Definitely recommend this location and will be back next time I need an oil change!
