Came in at 8am to fix a flat tire, Juan rolled it over popped it on the stand and immediately found the leak, had his guy patch it up as we chatted about the area. Gave me some quotes for tires since my tread was low. Drove away by 8:45. Great experience!

I responded to a great promo on 4 tires and installation that saved me more that $275. Work was done by appointment, in about an hour, by technician who knew his job. New tires give a quiet ride, w/ reduced tread noise. Big thanks to Juan for his help.

I am in Hermosillo México and I notice my front of the truck shakes a bit , I think my shock absorbers is the problem.I call Pep Boys in Tucson at 1300 s 6th ave, tucson, AZ 85713, I call Pep boys and converse with Juan, I explained what the vehicle was doing and that I had recently had the vehicle aligned, Juan listens and Sets me an appointment for October 14th at 10am, I drive 4 hours for the appointment, the man in charge named Adrian greets me at the service desk, and after I tell him what the situation is ,he tells me that the tech he has is not good with that kind of work and does not have the confidence and that Juan should have told me that. He suggests I set up an appointment for another day, perhaps Thursday could work. I just drove from Mexico 4 hours and he tells me he can't do the job, he knows my situation and hands me my keys. No attempt to maybe send me to another Pep boys.Terrible service at this location!

I had my doghnut spare come apart on the freeway while it was on the car. I needed to get a hole in my real tire repaired - quick. Pep boys was open on a Saturday and as soon as the tow truck dropped my vehicle off to them they started working on my tire. Got my tire fixed fast at a great price. Can't say enough good things about them.

I asked the manager if they had time to look at my car? Something was dragging on the ground. So he put it on the rack & put 3 clips on the part that was dragging. They fixed it in a matter of 20 minutes & no charge! Toyota wanted me to make an appointment. You all have great customer service at the 6th Avenue store in Tucson, AZ! Thank you so much!!

I was lied to and over charged. I got good work and customer service by the mechanic an African American man, but the manager Juan and some white female were placing names on everyone else and I didn't get what I paid for. My parking brake doesn't even work. Then I called cust. Svc. And they never returned call. They suck and are over priced. Don't get anything done by these clowns.

Scheduled an appointment yesterday for my Polstar 2 to get inspected and the Guy on the phone offered to take a look at it, I show up on time and the lady at the desk denied me saying there's no technician in house here. I need this done to keep driving Uber so if the left hand knew what the right hand was doing I could have saved time
