Had a master cylinder replacement but they ordered the wrong part at first, and now today they said my car was ready now I'm stuck on the side of the road getting towed elsewhere. Terrible mechanics who have no idea what they're doing. Stay away.

Sold me a car didn't say it was a salvaged title didn't find out til I registered the vehicle that it was salvaged. No way it went through 21 point inspection was leaking oil through a hole punched in motor and some cap under back fender was knocked off. Now come to find out I can't insure it because it's a salvaged title.

While they were kind and eventually took care of everything it was a terrible experience. 5 trips back, them telling me they installed everything right and rechecking the same stuff to finally fix it the fourth time. Upon fixing it, literally on the drive home, my tire paneling tears off on the highway. Wow… have to go back YET AGAIN. I only chose this shop because they had the highest reviews in the area. All of this back and forth multiple times for more than a month made a bad impression on my new job as well. I will never be back.

Being from out of state and new to the area, definitely was nervous when my ac went out and having to try to find a place to fix it and without overcharging me. Perez auto repair took complete care of me, incredible job, and guarantee best price in town for any auto repairs.

Great mechanics, customer service, and they're really fast with repairs! I'd recommend calling ahead and seeing if they can work you in the same day, because they can get busy.

Cannot praise this Shop and especially Victor enough!!! Extremely knowledgeable, kind, and informative. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone that is looking for honesty and quality! Called in with short notice and they got me in right away (even though they looked extremely busy). My car was stalling when it was idling and Victor diagnosed the problem and fixed it!!! Will undoubtedly be a returning customer!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I usually never write reviews but I felt a moral obligation to do so. For context, I was primarily communicating with Victor. I took my car in for a fuel pump replacement and they did a horrific job. They broke my fuel gauge and AC in the process and refuse to take responsibility. They wanted me to pay them more money to fix something they broke! They even tried to pull the “it was already broken when you brought it in” nonsense. Extremely poor communication and customer service. Do yourself a favor and find another place.

I have never been to this place before but I got a $433.53 charge on my card from this place. Which is really odd because I have never left/lost my card anywhere-- it's either home majority of the time or in my bag that I carry with me at all times.

Never been here but i have a 1800$ charge on my card from it and they couldn't find any information even tho their number and name shows up on my bank statement tired calling to figure it out and they didn't help at all. Offered me a phone number of a different shop when i asked for it apparently that shop doesn't take calls. Don't know whats going on there..

I absolutely LOVE these guys and this shop. They took really good care of me and my car needs. They replaced the air shocks on my Mercedes S430. I really appreciate the time Victor took to show me the before and after of my car shocks and even squeezed in a filter and oil change at the end. 🥰 I definitely will be back to use their other services as well as refer others.👍🏾❤️
