It’s with a heavy heart that I’m changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star. I brought my BMW to Perez to change the headlights. When I scheduled the appointment they were happy for me to come by at any time to do the work, which took 30 minutes. A day or two later I noticed that the left headlight was still not working. When I called back to have them take a second look they said I need to schedule an appointment, leave the car for a day, and pay a ~$350 diagnostic fee for them to assess what was wrong. The conversation felt like a high pressure sales tactic including telling me that it’s illegal to drive with the headlight out. However, BMWs have two sets of headlights, so this is clearly not the case. Fortunately, through a friend, I was able to find an honest mechanic. He took a quick look and within 3 seconds was able to see that the headlight was not plugged in. He didn’t charge me. I’m not sure if the issue at Perez was incompetence or fraud. The high pressure sales tactic made me feel like it was fraud. I hope they treat their customers better in the future.

Pretty fair and attentive personal. They have kept up with my worries about my car and always been very explanatory about their assessment and accurate with their price estimates. Great place for diagnostic and repairs.

Found this place online, read the reviews and took my car in for a problem i was familiar with. Paola told me they would call me the same day after looking at it. They not only fixed the problem the same day but pricing was super fair. Fixed it for less than half the cost i payed the first time somewhere else. I’m happy i went with my gut feeling and came here. Coming back in a month for my oil change and tire rotation. Super happy with this place

Paola was super nice. Muchacha bien Linda. Me atendio muy bien. Bien amable. They fixed my car great and gave me great prices. The financial help needed. Corre como nuevo. Runs like new and I have a new motor. They installed everything great and kept me informed the whole time. Would highly recommend this place. Bien lugar personal bien amable.

If you any issue with your car, this place is definitely the best auto shop that can fix your car, I have been taking my car here since 2010 for upgrades. There's nothing that Luis can't fix and of course with the attention of his amazing front desk Paola is a team work!

Love these guys. Have been going to Louie for the past 10 yrs and it's like visiting family. Always professional, informs you of issues prior to him doing the work so you can make a decision without pressure. Classy people who won't steer you wrong. Excellent quality, fast work, I have a 5-speed Volkswagen Beetle, damaged transmission, the receptionist located a spare part and they installed it, wow, congratulations to the group in general, I recommend it

Paola and Luis and the technicians at PAW are extremely helpful and professional and knowledgeable. I have a 2016 Mini Cooper Clubman they have been working on and I have nothing but prestigious work done on my Mini. You get certified German automotive work, at a U.S. cost. First off the level of professionalism and customer service provided by Luis and his staff was amazing. I recently had the shop install a lift on my Jeep. Easy scheduling and great turn around time at a fair price along with quality work.

Mi esposo fue por un estimado para la bomba del GMC y las chicas de costumer service requerían datos personales para estimado del costo del servicio , sin explicaciones y con tono demandante cuando mi esposo les responde que solo quiere saber el costo de la instalación de la bomba , ellas insistieron de modo muy descortés e irrespetuoso al cliente que sino aportaba la información personal requerida como nombre y numero de teléfono no podia dar estimado alguno .

Primero, la “recepcionista” , o lo que sea que hace esa señora, es la peor atención que recibes al llegar, luego, dos horas de espera para un cambio de aceite, después de estar este tiempo se dieron cuenta que no tenían algo, que no recuerdo ni el nombre para hacer el trabajo a mi carro. La atención fue de las peores que he recibido, falta de educación, etc. al cabo de los días me doy cuenta que mi carro tenía la tapa suelta, al punto que arrastraba el piso, resulta que ellos mismos la dejaron así y con los tornillos sin poner, más que un taller, parece un lugar improvisado, en el que no tienen ni idea de los “servicios que prestan”. Si de algo sirve este comentario, espero que sea , al menos, para alertar a las personas que no vayan con sus carros allí, porque puede ser que regresen con una bicicleta.

Upgraded my all-season tires to new all-terrain tires on my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Friendly staff and great service. You can pay for service via Zelle or Cash App which is nice. Bilingual staff so communication is a breeze here. Definitely coming back.
