My transmission was popped. Juan was honest and told me how much it would be to fix. He told me it would be better to tow and get a new ride. I don’t live in Chicago anymore but if I did I would come here to service my car. Didn’t charge me. Thanks Juan!

My parents got stranded out of town after their alternator went out on their car. Jose at Perfect Auto Maintenance gave them a quick quote and kindly got their car fixed immediately on a Saturday morning. He delivered great and prompt service at a reasonable price. Juan & Adolfo are great mechanics. I was having issues with my car staying on, so I made my way there. They performed their diagnostic and took care of the problem in a few hours. They are knowledgeable and fair mechanics. I will definitely return if I have car problems. Highly recommend!

Took my Audi 2005 A4 I had a check engine light I need it gone to pass my emission test they found the problem within 15min of being in the shop two sensors needed to be replaced. They replace it within an hour very professional, efficient, and respectful people how highly recommend to anybody in the future, price to get it fixed was very affordable.Pass the emission test with no problem…

I can't say enough about Juan. My wife was in Chicago for a business meeting, and was having car troubles on the highway. She ended up getting it to a parking lot that was just up the street from Perfect Auto Maintenance. Juan, walked down the street to come look at the car, and then proceeded to get the car to his shop so they could get to their meeting. After diagnosing the issue, he realized the part supplier brought him the incorrect part. Juan, being the guy he is, physically drove to a dealership to get a replacement part, so the car would be ready by the time their meeting was done. He didn't price gouge, and simply charged us for the part because it was an "unfortunate situation." My only regret is that I don't live in Chicago, otherwise Juan and Perfect Auto would be my mechanic forever. Thank you again for making such a stressful situation, a piece of cake.

I was visiting Chicago and I'm from Milwaukee and my car broke down and I found these guys down the street and they helped get my car to the shop and replaced my alternator. These guys are super nice, work super hard, and get stuff done. I am lucky that I found them!

I've been going here with my Audi Q5 since 2016. You will not find a better place for prices/service/trust. These brothers are amazing and are 1/4 the price of dealerships or other places that take advantage of you. One time I brought my car in because it failed the emissions test - they fixed it and they even drove it to a testing station for me saving me that hassle. Incredible. My car has 123k miles on it and I feel like it's brand new because of this place and their fair prices. Anytime I have the slightest feeling something is wrong with the car, I take it right to them without the stress of cost. Extend the life of your car and bank account and bring your car here.

The “Magic-Juan” is so amazing! My car broke down and he personally went above and beyond to help us.
