Mike is extremely thorough and straightforward. Extremely fair on pricing, and you can TRUST him. I'll never use anyone else. His rating shouldn't be 4.9, it should be 5.

They were the best most honest people ever!! I was visiting my parents drove from northern Wisconsin and he dropped what he was doing to help me!! This place I highly recommend!! You can bet your life if I’m in Illinois and need anything done to my vehicle I’m definitely going back here!!

came back for new brakes, I have had to come back 4x to keep replacing them bc they keep squeaking…told me I basically have to slam on my brakes so I don’t hear them. While I never heard this info before I tried it and still SQUEAKING!!! I just want my brakes done right 🤦🏻‍♂️

This is a great place to take your car for any kind of repairs. The guys here are really honest and to not try to create unnecessary work for themselves. They’re always busy, which is a testament to their good service, so call before you go. Prices are reasonable and they stand behind their work.

Update: I bought my car here for a second opinion after a different car repair shop told me that my car needed repair which would have cost me over $1,500. Mike was very honest and told me that my car don’t need them done except for one minor repair in the future. Thank you, Perfect Pitch for your honesty and help! I have been bringing my car to Perfect Pitch for many years, and I've been very satisfied with their work. There were several times Mike could have charged me a lot or taken advantage of my situations but he didn't. He has always been honest, professional, friendly, very competent, and charge reasonable prices. To me, honesty is very important, and it is one of the things I look for when choosing a car shop. Stacy, the front desk person is also very helpful, kind, has excellent customer service skills, and reliable. I referred them to other people like my brother who has been coming here too.
