It is very rare that I ask for help. I had a parasitic drain on my battery. After I fixed it, the next day the battery was dead. I got tired of messing with it so I took I to John. He kept it for a couple days only to find out nothing was wrong with it. Places I have been before would find something wrong. It's nice to find this place that works on referrals because you know they are doing the right thing by their customers. Trust me by saying you can trust them. Will be back and will definitely refer anyone I come across.

As a female, I and am always apprehensive to get any auto service done for fear of being ripped off, scammed and overcharged. I must say, I have been to Performance Auto Repair twice now, and these guys are honest, kind, legitimate, fast, and reasonably priced, too. David and John, thanks for your honesty and ethics! I will definitely be back for future auto repair services.

John is very familiar with my car. I drive a 2008 Dodge charger police interceptor with a 5.7 V8 hemi. I believe my first time there I couldn't find the right rotors for my car so I handed the task off to them. John was able to work with me on payment. All my rotors and pads about for 800. A while later I was trying to replace my alternator and I broke the bolts off into my engine block. John and his team was able to correct the issue and they also replaced my motor mounts. I can't remember the price but John did it. I couldn't pay him all at once so he was nice enough to work with me. I plan to go again my Pan and valve gasket both need to be replaced because it's leaking oil. John and his team have become very familiar with my car and I trust them to handle it. My cooling fan also isn't turning on I'm going to attempt to replace my wire harness for my fan before I give them that issue too lol. Excellent shop love the staff!

I've taken my vehicle to this shop several times all for different issues. Their quote is always below the competition. I feel this is the most honest shop I've ever been to and that's saying a lot. Not to mention their prices are usually lower than anyone else. I don't plan on using anyone else and always quick to recommend them to a friend or family. 5 stars earned for sure

I took my 2013 Tundra in to get all the rotors and pads replaced. David and his crew did a phenomenal job and not only that l, they did it for almost half of what the dealership was going to charge me! I’ve never met a more friendly and honest group of men. He even cleared my maintenance codes for me when he saw them on my dashboard!!! They will go over and beyond for you as a customer. Will only be taking my vehicles there from now on.

My father told me to come see these guys and boy am I glad I did. Excellent work by these fellas to get my climate control in order for winter and for fixing a mistake the others guys made. Heater feels like brand new and I couldn’t be happier. And I was in an out in less than an hour. Big kudos to John and the fellas!!!!

These guys are highly trustworthy. I was referred to them by a friend when I moved to Tulsa. I've taken both my cars there for the past 2 years and they do a great job. They also refer me to their trusted partners for other car related things (body shops, tires, etc.). When I was about to buy a used car I called them and they told me what things I should be looking for in the Carfax based on the mileage. Thankful to know trustworthy car guys!

Brought my car in to have the HVAC looked at - turned out to be a faulty blower motor. Performance took care of the issue in a timely manner (same day fix), very fair and reasonable price. Will definitely use them for any future auto repair needs. Also the dogs hanging in the shop were very sweet.

I have been going to Performance Auto for years. They have worked on several types of vehicles for my household. They have done all kinds of work - major and minor - and I've always had a great experience. They are great communicators, mindful of budgets. Time and money estimates have always been accurate. They are pleasant amd professional. And, above all, they have proven consistently trustworthy.

So I literally went here my first time wasn't a bad experience supposedly but who knows but the 2nd time I come to this shop to get my brakes and rotors fix since they were bad ok so this is what they do I tell them exactly what I can afford . They say ok we will check it out and they say both my brake and rotors are bad in the front and back. They said one of them way worser than the other so I said to just start with the fronts because I don't have the money to afford the back until next week . They say okay they call me an hour later and said I can do 500 and something to do the front and backs . I say you know what I can I do that go ahead. A few hours later they call and said well we ran in to some problems they need something and the price go from 500 to 800 I literally told them how much I could afford which was only 500 but they already finished the job before they even let me know and said it will 800 etc etc I literally had to come up with the rest to get my car back. Very stressful. To get my car back and a week later my brakes are squeaky I refused to go back because this situation did not sit right so I go to a few professional mechanics in my city Wichita Kansas and also here to find out they put the cheapest brakes and rotors on my vehicle now I'm stuck a loud squeaking for a little. Will not be coming back. Please believe the negative reviews. Don't go here unless you wanna be ripped off . Overly price. I appreciate the service before hand but I'm not satisfied with how my cars sound after paying that much money.

This shop is awesome! These guys are honest and do great work especially for the price. Had them rebuild the top end of my 5.7 Hemi and couldn’t be happier with the results. Don’t have to worry about them scamming you and that’s hard to find it seems like. When I had came to pick up my truck and it was having issues due to my actions, they let me leave the truck at the shop for over a week so I could come up with some money to fix. Thanks you guys for the hard work you did for me. Loving the Cam/stall/headers!!

Been going to performance for 8 or more years seems every time they find a way to save me money. Only once was a vehicle not quite right at time of pickup but they said bring it back and I did, no charge. If you are looking for good technician's give these guys a chance to earn your business.

Very overpriced for the level of service provided. Seems like they make up prices as they go.Tried several occasions to make sure it wasn't just me .To make a long story short will never use again customer service sucks the most definitely showing they're only used to or only prefer to deal with only a certain class or kind of people
