Purchased a Groupon for an alignment to find out from the business that they won't align the vehicle because of broken control arms and various other issues that would cost well over $5k to fix! When I declined it they told me that the Groupon had already been redeemed and to bring another car in for alignment within 30 days if I chose to. After taking my vehicle to another shop to check the control arms etc they confirmed that no parts were broken or needed to be repaired and aligned the vehicle! This is a dishonest establishment and I would not recommend It to anyone.

I recently took my 2012 Ford Mustang to Performance Automotive and Tire Center for an alignment, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From scheduling my appointment over the phone to driving away, the team was courteous, professional, and a pleasure to work with. The facility is top-notch—you can watch your car being serviced from the comfort of the waiting room, where they also offer refreshments and entertainment. I had the pleasure of meeting Randy and Tony, the owner, both of whom were down-to-earth and transparent. They are exactly the kind of mechanics you hope to find—no hidden fees, no gimmicks, just honest, straightforward service. They performed a thorough inspection, explained an issue preventing the alignment, and never once pressured me into unnecessary repairs. While I ultimately decided to handle the needed replacement myself, they offered excellent financing options had I needed them. Once I replaced the part, I returned, and they completed the alignment service quickly and precisely—now my car drives perfectly straight. I highly recommend Performance Automotive and Tire Center and will definitely return for any future service needs!

I’ve been dreading getting my car repaired because of the money I have to spend and because I am a female. The fear of an automotive shop taking advantage of me is real. My sister recommended performance automotive, and I have to say it was a fantastic experience. They were nice and friendly and cared for my vehicle and me. Randy explained everything step-by-step and even gave me a loaner car to use while my truck got repaired! 10/10 highly recommend!

Could not be happier with a car repair shop than Performance Automotive. Dave at the front desk is awesome. Work was done in a timely manner, never felt pressured for the work recommend. I had gotten an estimate for work from name brand shop, Performance Automotive was much more reasonable. Price was so good, I was able to that care of some other items as well. Highly recommend Performance Automotive to anyone looking for an honest vehicle repair shop. They will be my "goto" shop from now on. Thank you Dave and your team.

I have known Randy a short time. But when he heard I needed new tires he was quick to help me pick out a new reasonable set. Super fast, very professional and I now have a smooth ride. So glad to find mechanics I can trust! Highly recommend performance automotive.

I highly recommend this place, I was having troubles with my ac so I reached out to them and spoke with Randy, he was able to get me in immediately and the service was top notch! I also really like the communication on their end while your vehicle is in service. Randy made sure my vehicle was taken care of and discussed what was going on with my vehicle so I was well informed. I will definitely be taking my vehicle to them again in the future!

Took my car into Performance. Randy was exceptional in handling my car!! Got extended warranty handled. Randy brought my car to my work and noticed another problem!! Randy took care of that as well!! Won't be taking my car to another place or another person but Randy!!

Terrible customer service and doesn't stand by their work. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR VEHICLE... NOT RECOMMENDED. Also the manager is extremely aggressive and not friendly, would not even listen. I can't stress how you should avoid this place. I wish I could give zero stars. Alignment is not the job they did to my truck. I spent over $500 on what was supposed to be only an Alignment but ended up having more work done and I trusted their advice at the time. I HATE THIS PLACE!

This should be a 0 star review. I do not recommend this place at all. They try to scam you and are rude. We took our daughter's car here cause they had a Groupon that was a good price for an aligment. They wouldn't do her alignment because they said she needed over $1000 worth of repairs done before they would even consider doing the alignment. There is nothing wrong with my daughters car. We just had the car inspected two weeks ago and there was nothing wrong with it. We just had all new tires put on the car five days ago and they stated that nothing was wrong with the car either but did recommend an alignment because we put all new tires on the car. Hence the Groupon for an aligmnent. Even though they did no work on the car, they still redeemed the Groupon. Now I have to waste me time fighting with them and Groupon to get my money back. After all of this, I see that they have tried the old bait and switch on a lot of their customers, especially customers with Groupons. I suggest Groupon remove them. If you dare to use them, good luck to you.

wow great place! they are efficient and do appointments, so an oil change takes a reasonable amount of time (mine was under an hour). but even during the wait, they have old school waiting room - a TV with local news, plenty of chairs and reading materials. They also have hot coffee, drinks, and snacks. You can just tell they have a good owner. I will definitely return

Classic bait and switch mechanic. Purchased a Groupon and was offered a $27 rate, after service was complete informed me they added a $22 charge for synthetic oil, no mention of it until the work was already done. Had to call and ask when my car was ready, no courtesy call. Would not perform any additional diagnostics without $159 charge, the basic overview of repairs they offered me included two items with no pricing quoted. Go somewhere else!

A friend shared a coupon of $79.95 for wheel alignment so I decided to use that for my Nissan Titan. At the first place they recommended to do the wheel balancing as well with additional $166. I had done that a few days ago for only $15 from Sam’s , so I let go on that part. They raised the truck and within a few minutes they sent me an inspection report saying that alignment cannot be done unless they replace the inner tire rod rack . The estimate was $2000. I said I can’t afford , let me go. The manager said that you need to pay the inspection cost which is $79.50. I said that’s the price for alignment, he said no it 45 cents less . Any how , I had no choice but pay that money to get my truck back. Later I checked the price of the ball joint rack from Rock auto, to my surprise it was only $325. With the above experience , I don’t recommend going there . Thanks

Brought my truck in here about a month or so ago to get an alignment done. They showed up on Groupon and it was a pretty good deal nowadays so I figured why not. I brought it in, they did an alignment and I was on my way. Right as I left the shop the truck immediately started pulling right. I called back in to have it looked at and told them the issue and Dave told me to bring it back and they will take a look at it. I brought it back in and they had the same technician do the alignment (Joey). They tried to Re charge me and I refused for the reason of this job wasn’t done correctly the first time so I shouldn’t have to pay again. Dave understood and they fixed the problem and everything has been fine since. Here’s the reason I’m writing this review. My other car needed emissions done for my registration renewal and it failed. So I called this shop and told them the issue and Randy told me to bring it down and they will diagnose it for 172 and some change is what it was after taxes. (I thought that was little high but it is what it is) I bring it down they have the same technician work on my car (Joey) that had previously done my alignment twice on my truck. They send me a list of things to replace and the total was gonna be just under 2 thousand dollars! I couldn’t believe it. I needed to replace the purge valve, the thermostat, and the coolant and heater hoses. I of course didn’t agree with that price so I decided to take my business elsewhere. I bought all the parts needed to from the Ford dealership and bought OEM Parts and had them swapped out as I was told but the service advisor Dave that if I swap out those parts I will pass emissions. The cost for all these parts was $473 out the door from a dealership which is of course more expensive. So they were gonna charge me 1500 dollars in labor. Unreal. Well I have those parts swapped and I go back to the emissions center and the old codes that have me fail emissions last time are clear and good but this new code shows up. Of course frustrated i start doing some research. It’s a code for a sensor. So I lift the car up at my house and what do you know. The charcoal canister sensor is unplugged. The sensor or plug is of course clean and still in tact so it definitely has not been unplugged for long. This goes to show how shady this shop is. I plugged it back in and had the codes cleared at another shop and it passed emissions a couple days later. This plug was unplugged by someone at the shop. They unplugged it so I would fail emissions and of course I would come back and they would play the “oh we will take a look” and of course try to rip me off again. Shady places do this type of stuff for suckers who don’t know anything about cars. They are very polite I will give them that. But don’t be fooled. This is shady work. If that sensor is not plugged in you will fail emissions. I had to get my alignment done twice and they tried to charge me twice. Shady. Then they tried this. Again. Shady. Don’t waste your time here. They charge an exorbitant price for the most simplest of things and that’s not what an honest shop will do. Especially with things like this. I have never wrote a bad review on any business before but this is definitely worth saying something about. Especially in hard times like today. People taking advantage of others. I’m sure the owner Tony will have something to say on here about this long review and deny all allegations. But don’t be fooled by it. This place is shady plain and simple.

They told me that they could align my 1965 Mustang so I made an appointment for the following week. When I got there they looked at the car and told me that they didn’t have the tools to do the job. I called them out on what it takes to do the job then the manager told me his guy didn’t know how to align the car. Also they pointed out that the strut rods were loose they didn’t even offer to tighten them up. They let me leave the store with a chance of losing control of my car. I would stay far away from these guys if I were you.

Dave and Randy are very friendly. I have taken my car there a few times for oil changes with the Groupon discount. This time I was informed of some engine problems. They worked with the warranty company I have. Their rental car came in handy for my drive to and from work. Dave kept me in the loop on what was going on with the repairs.

Javier not only correctly identified important safety and mechanical issues, he carefully showed me the issues in photos and in person. We are very grateful to Javier, and we will (specifically) request (Javier) to work on any of our vehicles as he is a (Trusted-First-Class) (AWESOME) mechanic, and he is a terrific gentleman!!!!!!
