Both times I have taken my car to Performance Auto, they have taken care of my needs quickly, with a next morning appointment. They work quickly and are very reasonably priced. Hopefully I don’t need to return to them soon, but if I need a mechanic, I will return to Performance Auto.

My experience at this shop was awesome! Noah greeted me as I entered and provided excellent customer service, both he and the owner provide options for water and coffee the owner even said he would get someone to go on a taco run lol, the shop was very busy and when I asked if my vehicle would be done by 2 Noah assured me it would but when things got back up he gave me a call and notified me with plenty of time and it was not an inconvenience. Everyone i had the pleasure of speaking with had a level of professionalism not often seen today, I highly recommend this shop and will be doing future business with them!

I made a call this morning and spoke to Noah which I believe is a service advisor. I can't express the professionalism from Noah with explaining step by step from the beginning to the end on what happened to my father's vehicle. He also went out of his way to send me videos and pictures which he did not have to do but took his time and went above and beyond to put our minds at ease. Noah let me take notes while he explains everything that went on with my father's vehicle and I would ask questions and he spoke to me in a way I would understand . He didn't throw car jargon at me that I didn't understand. I think it speaks volumes when I'm not even the customer, it's my father but his professionalism speaks for itself. Great job Noah I will definitely be recommending your business to others.

Its been almost a year but they were the ones responsible for the damage to my car. They were notified and said to me that they will check the cameras and get back to me but never did. I then moved and had forgotten what shop it was until recently. They did good work diagnosing and replacing my driveshaft. They just never took accountability for the damages so thats the reason for 2star. Response to performance auto: LIC- RRV6205 Last known invoice #: 77388

Noah, Steven, and the crew here are greatly helpful. Came in with a dead alternator and piece by piece they helped me aort through the mess that is my car. Even worked with me to get the job started when I couldnt pay all at once and always had an update when I called in.

performance automotive went above and beyond. Felt like i was at my FAMILY’s shop. Helped me with a payment plan that works with my budget. Noah and Steven took the time to explain and help me understand what is wrong with my car. The mechanics did an amazing job got my car back on the road without upselling me on anything I did not need - coolant leak repaired with a $12 hose.

I remember why I stopped taking my vehicle to this shop the owner Carl is not very good with customer service let’s just say and I remember how he was in the past with simple questions I would ask. Today my service dog got attacked by the owner (Carl) Belgian Malinios upon entry. Carl began yelling at me about why I brought my dog inside his store during the attack as I was pulling his aggressive dog off of my service dogs neck. After the incident Carl told me that I should have had a service dog vest on my dog upon entry and that’s absolutely not true look up ADA. Besides on that point my wife drove my truck to work today and my vest was in there, which would not have mattered as his dog still would have attacked mine. Carl that breed is not friendly and is a guard dog as you know because you have a sign inside that store that says beware of the dog. Carl did apologize for the issue after he got control of his dog and left the business shortly after with his dog. Let’s just say that was an expensive and hard learned lesson for a $270 transmission fluid exchange service that I was charged on my 2013 Lincoln MKZ. Also I found out there is no transmission filter on my vehicle because it is built inside of the transmission so I did get my refund for the filter compared to $311 initial charge. The front staff Noah was great and the technician are good as they will show the issue at hand and do their job. It is unfortunate how today was handled by the owner but it is just how life is and we can not blame that aggressive Belgian as she was bred and trained for that behavior and did her job but what is next just wait until she bites a person or seriously harms someone else’s service dog we are in military city plenty of us combat veterans and other individuals have them.

Took my Tundra for an oil change. Super inexpensive since I had everything that was needed and was done in a reasonable time, given they had other cars/ customers. They even left the rest of the extra oil so I can use it next oil change

Very nice group. Communicate well. Fair pricing. Great work for the most part. After I got my truck back, something seemed off on the front. I noticed the bull bar was crooked and the mount was bent. They neglected to tell me they hit something while moving or testing out my truck.
