The worst place to take ur car for alignment the owner thought that I m from another country and can rip me off I had low air pressure in front tire and they did the alignment with low air so when I went the next day they charged me again

These guys gave me a fair quote, took my car in right away, and even though there were issues afterwards with some coolant leaking, I went back and they worked tirelessly until they made it right and got it covered under their warranty. These guys stay true to their word and one of the most important things in a business they can have as my trust! People just need to understand that mechanics is not an exact science. They properly diagnosed that the oil cooler was leaking from the start, and it turned out that one of the parts they ordered was faulty so they had to claim a warranty from the supplier, they worked with my schedule and while I did have to take it back and forth several times for them to find the problem, all in all it was about four or five days without my vehicle. It's been running great since that and the oil change and the alignment. So I thank you guys and appreciate everything you helped me with!

I did not have a good experience here. I needed an AC repair. They did the inspection and found the compressor needed to be replaced. They gave me a detailed, itemized estimate, and we agreed to the price and to do the service the following Saturday. I dropped my car off at the appointment time of 9am and picked it up at 2:30pm as they told me to do. At that time, the compressor still hadn't been delivered, so absolutely nothing had been done, and I had no idea until that moment. I had to schedule for the following Saturday, and they were going to give me a discount on the compressor from the supplier for the tardiness. They said the compressor would arrive Wednesday. I arrived the following Saturday, and the compressor still hadn't arrived, and they had to source a different one. (Meanwhile, although they had my phone number, they weren't notifying me about any of this until I had arrived and had planned my whole Saturdays around it, canceling plans in order to get this done.) The different compressor did arrive, but they said I wouldn't get any discount on it, and then mid service, the mechanic said I had to also pay for a new expansion valve (over $100 more in parts and labor), otherwise the compressor would be at risk of being damaged. I found myself bullied into paying so much more when the valve was completely absent on the estimate. They stated it was their fault for not writing it on the estimate. I then received a $19 discount on labor at checkout on a $700 service. Somehow they thought that was fair for the six hours I wasted on the first Saturday and the surprise fee mid-service. It's not my fault that they were working with an unreliable supplier (stay away from Transtar, it seems) and that they didn't communicate with me about anything until I was physically at the shop, already planning my days around it. Also, I don't know if $100 doesn't mean much to them, but it means I will have no spending money next month. I am a low-income worker who works to get those experiencing homelessness in Albuquerque off the streets, and I budgeted precisely around the original price they gave me. I don't know if they assumed something differently about what I could afford and tried to get more out of me last minute. I feel taken advantage of financially and also disrespected for the time wasted. I give two stars for getting the AC to work at least. Fingers crossed it stays that way and that I don't ever have to visit this shop again.

So I took my truck in a 2012 ram 1500 5.7 hemi. Because it was throwing a misfire in cylinder five. Come to find out that it was a bad cam and lifter. I originally spoke to Miguel and he said that as long as the compression was good in the cylinders, he would be able to rebuild the engine and it would only cost around $3300. So we agreed upon that after four or five weeks I got a call that the truck was ready. I went and picked it up. Upon which time I was told not to worry if it throws codes it’s normal for a newly rebuilt engine. Well, within the first day, I noticed it was throwing misfire codes and several others along with a low oil pressure code. Miguel had stated that my oil pump was good and didn’t need to be changed out. Well come to find out that was not the case. I had to take it back to him have him put in a new oil pump, timing, chain and oil pan gasket. After this work was done my wife went and picked it up because I was working. Didn’t even make it to Rio Rancho before the misfire code came back on. At which time she contacted performance complete auto and was told that it was my fault. I should have bought a new engine. I specifically asked if this one could be rebuilt they said that they would be able to do the work no problem. So needless to say, I did not take my truck back to them. I took it into another mechanic who informed me that all of my connectors were broken and zip tied on. They did not plug back in my AC condenser. The bolts for my water pump were loose and almost falling out. The water pump was leaking. Three of the bolts to my valve cover were stripped the push rod on cylinder eight was not properly seated. My oil pan was leaking all over the place. I went into have my cam and lifters done, ended up having to replace the whole PCM because for some reason it went out while it was there. So after spending well over $5000 with these guys I had to take it to another mechanic have him tear it apart and fix the issues that they had caused. This experience has been a complete nightmare and I would definitely not recommend this shop.

Thieves and shoddy repair jobs CUSTOMERS BEWARE Took my Chevy Equinox 10/19/2022 due to a check engine light. I was told that repairs were needed and I paid $185.04 for parts and labor. As soon as I drove down the street the check engine light went off again. I took the car back for further repairs on 10/21 which was $260.42 for parts and labor I was then told the vehicle had an issue with the catalytic converter I took the vehicle back for a final time. I paid $512.43 on 10/25 The issues were never resolved. The check ensign light is still on and my vehicle doe not have a catalytic converter. I confronted a mechanic about this issue and was told that the vehicle was fixed. They refused to give me a refund and refused to show me any recipes for the parts I paid. My car is in a worst condition now than before. This is absolutely ridiculous
