Came in for an oil change was told $90 for the full synthetic which seemed high to begin with, when I went to pay they told me $107 as they’re price was only for 5 quarts of oil when standard is 6 quarts for a dealership. They also added a $3 shop fee? Disclose your full prices before doing service.

Drive-thru has a Very professional staff, regular oil change $45, found a coupon online for 15 dollars off, All prices are clearly marked inside, halfway between oil changes there is a free service for you to come in and they can check all your fluids for free.. Nice feature. I do recommend performance Plus quick oil change

You lost a loyal customer today! Came in for an oil change today and before they even started they told me they wouldn't be able to do an oil change for me today because my oil pan was so rusted and leaking oil so badly that if they even attempted to remove the drain plug "I'd be leaving on a tow truck" I immediately drove to my trusted mechanic and they found a way to get me on a lift. They showed me to my face that there was not a drop of oil anywhere and there was only a little bit of rust. The paint was rusting off a little yes but the oil pan is solid and the drain plug was perfectly fine. They are doing the oil change for me right now. So weird how an oil change place would turn me away in a panic that my car was falling apart and a whole mechanic shop is performing the oil change right now??? Trust I'll be calling to speak to management so get ready for my calls! If you're going to perform services your staff should probably have at least a little bit of training. This is SECOND TIME you have told me I needed services I don't need idk why I came back but I thought your customer service was better than that, you sure proved me wrong didn't you! If I could give zero stars I would! You didn't deserve the 1 star! Update: called and asked to speak to a manager and they put the guy doing the oil changes on the phone? I asked why I was told what I was told and they came up with well that's what I've seen with other vehicles in that condition. 🤔 Interesting so you are telling a lot of people misinformation about their cars that's how you do business. I see I asked if they were going to contribute to my unnecessary mechanic fees and then they told me no because they have no record of me in the system when I literally have the oil change sticker from them last time in my hands. How would I have your oil change sticker from the last oil change I got there if I've never been there and am not in your system? Did I print the sticker myself???? So now you're calling me a liar that I haven't gotten at least 4 oil changes there? So you lie about services people need, you lie about the condition of people's cars, and then you turn around and lie and tell me I've never been in the system? Please just explain how I have a printed sticker from my last oil change then? Pretty sure ya lied and told me he was a manager too because you're trying to cover your butts for the bad service. I hope the real management or owner hears about how you treat repeat customers. Update: somehow the mechanic performed the oil change and I drove away instead of leaving on a tow truck imagine that!

We stopped by just passing through for a family trip because we had our oil light turn on and were concerned. Drew and the team were so kind to help us out and check for a leak and educate us. They topped our oil off and we were on our way. Great customer service! Highly recommend.

Great price and great staff! $45.00 (it was ladies day and we got a 10% discount) and took about 10 minutes - the staff really hustled. Will use them from here on out.

While sitting here getting my oil changed I was talking about how the great the service is and another customer was telling the crew how great they are. Very respectful and friendly. Sincerely genuine and honest. Thanks, Steve, amber, Cordell, tielor, Darrin and Nate. Been getting my oils changed here for the past five years. We drive from the upper peninsula to get this service. That's how great it is.

The guys went above and beyond fixing my oil leak. I stopped at the J Lube in TC for an oil change before heading to the UP for vacation. By the time I made it to Gaylord my oil started leaking and was almost dry! Performance Plus Quick Lube diagnosed the problem, fixed the issue, and explained everything! Fantastic customer service. Thank you for saving our vacation!!!

Waste of time guy told me an oil change would cost $200 told him that was ridiculous so I went to the oil change in boyne only cost $60 and got it done quick. Wouldn't go here if I were you.
