Rented from this location using Turo. Upon arriving the car was not available and the employees were clueless. The owner was not present, was unresponsive and cancelled the Turo reservation without warning. EVENTUALLY the owner admitted that the car had been damaged and they meant to take it off Turo but they did not communicate until after cancellation and did nothing to make the issue right despite having a garage full of available vehicles. I had to force Turo to fix the issue, which took over 45 minutes. If you’re looking for quality service, this is not the place to go. The one positive thing I can say is that the two employees were very friendly, offered my wife and I a drink, and allowed us to use their hookups to charge my phone while I waited for Turo to fix this shop’s mistake. Their employees are the ONLY reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1.
