Just horrible inefficient team! I went there for estimate for a minor scratch, was told i will get the estimate same day. Over the course of next week, I kept calling everyday and they kept lying that they will send it by end of day. Never actually got the estimate. Avoid at all cost!

I hit a deer in my Bentley continental GT . I took it over to Perillo collision . There estimate originally was $19k when it was all said and done it was well over $30k . Less than a year later will 2500 additional miles put on since the repair . The paint has chips all over the bumper that they will not warranty. Please please go anywhere but this place .

I was looking for a body shop that does good work after someone reared me in my Punk'in Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392. Perillo's team really did a great job. Perillo Collision took care of my M340xi so well, I brought her in for some curb rash and bumper resurfacing and it came out brand new again! Aaron in the front office was super helpful and provided me updates, as well as was extremely accommodating considering I was out of town for the drop off. Abner was also extremely helpful and accommodating when I came to pick up my vehicle he was very professional and kind I appreciate his energy. I will not be taking any of my vehicles any where else if I need any other work done Perillo Collision is professional and accustomed to handling high end cars. Do not hesitate!

I never post comments on public platforms, but this time they went too far. Very unprofessional repair and dismantled parts that I didn't break and forced me to replace to make a higher profit. When I declined the replacement they said the part was already on order. Please trust me this body shop will cause you great loss and pain, please don't choose them!

Abner P. and his team at Perillo Collision did a great job fixing my BMW after a taxi passenger decided to negligently open his door into traffic as I was driving by. This caused extensive damage to the left fender, left headlight, and scratched pretty much the whole left side of my car. The Perillo team did a detailed estimate to assess all the damage (both visual and hidden) and make sure the car went back to its pre-accident condition. They also coordinated with my insurance company to make sure all the parts used were OEMs so that all the warranties and systems continue to function correctly. The communication with Abner was very good throughout the process, providing good updates and timely responses to any questions I had. Since this was the first time I had to deal with collision repairs I didn’t know what to expect regarding the process. The repair work took a few weeks because of all the different tasks involved and approvals required but I was very pleased with the outcome after the repairs were completed. I strongly recommend Perillo Collision Center for similar needs.

I had a wonderful experience with the BMW Perillo Collision Center. After a harrowing carjacking experience and significant damage to my car, Aiden and the team were able to get me in right away. Aiden regularly communicated with me on the status of insurance, ordering of parts, and updates on when the car would be ready for pick up. Despite being a victim of a crime, I knew I was in good hands which brought me comfort. 5 stars all around.

We had a great experience with Perillo Collision after my car was backed into on Memorial Day w/e. From the estimate, to getting my car in early when I started experiencing mechanical issues on a 4th of July weekend prior to my scheduled repair date, to helping me deal with the other parties insurance and rental car issues… Perillo was extremely helpful with the entire process. Our car looks amazing and we are grateful to have it back.
