Updated Review: 5/15/2024 Miss. Chastity a service advisor and Mr. McDonald the service manager are the clear cut definition of unprofessional and unethical. I mean what type of service advisor and service manager threatens any customers? I was shown zero empathy, and received zero apology from either; instead because we couldn’t come to any resolution, I was told I am no longer welcome at Perkins Motors as a customer? I have been a customer of David Perkins for almost 10 years. Ironically, since both of these individuals violated multiple Perkins Motors policy’s and were called out by me, I am the one the blame, instead of taking any sort of accountability. Miss. Chasity and Mr. McDonald have no customer service skills and it shown here. I know way too many people at this establishment, and am liked by many as I am a very professional, respectful customer. I have never been treated or disrespected so poorly or at this level by anyone or any company. I am a business owner myself, and I am the president of a local Jeep nonprofit and I can say with confidence and certainty if these were my employees they would be terminated immediately. I have a zero tolerance policy for disrespectful, dishonesty or threatening customers. Mr. McDonald wouldn’t even allow me to leave a voicemail to Mr. Perkins about my concerns, complaints or to figure out a resolution; instead again I was told I am not welcome at Perkins Motors anymore and all my future appointments were cancelled? Thats on you, it’s not like there are dozens of Jeep dealerships in Colorado; oh wait there are… You’ve lost a respectful and loyal customer of 10 years. Original Review: 2020 Dean, Harley & Mikyla are the reason why I continue to come back and have all my Jeeps serviced at Perkins. I hope the owner and management know how much of an asset these two woman are to this company.

I had an appointment for tire rotation . I got my car back in 30 minutes ,tires were rotated ,brakes were checked and a few other things were checked . They did a great job like always and they are always very nice and professional.

My 2020 Cherokee w <40kmi has basically lived in their service department since last October, in for weeks and weeks at a time to fix sequential repair issues after repeat breakdowns: a transfer case, a drive shaft, a rear differential, ANOTHER transfer case. The Jeep reeks of burnt fluid at this point from all the failures and I was promised a "detailing". Picked it up this morning for 6th time and still stinks, isn't clean save for someone maybe turned a hose on it, dirty inside and even someone's half drunk Gatorade sitting in cupholder. Just icing on the cake at this point. Been working with Carrie the service advisor and Tom the SVC manager directly, but it's pulling teeth getting these guys to communicate, and when they do they basically seem indifferent and could care less about the issue. Even CCd Mr Perkins himself, but no response. Wish I could say I trust it's fixed, but I absolutely don't.

I love the express lane option, however two hours wait is not express in my opinion. I would have like to have the option to set up an appointment for my vehicle services. The staff is friendly and courteous.

Routine oil change and tire rotation. Disappointed because a card arrived in the mail the following day from Perkins for oil change and tire rotation at a 25% savings. Would have appreciated service writer offering me the option too wait a few days and save. Good news was Perkins had the parts (oil) to do the service. The previous time I had service done (with an appointment in advance) they were unable to complete the work because they didn't have the transmission fluid that was needed.
