Lleve mi carro y la verdad no se que hicieron con el me lo entregaron peor de lo que estaba .. a los tres días se lo tuve que llevar de nuevo y me salieron con que tenia que cambiarle otra pieza ! Muy descontento la verdad

My old car smelled like it was burning. so I took it to the closest repair shop and was glad I did. Mike fit me in and got back to me a couple of hours later. He gave a good and fair assessment. I will be going back for future car care. thank you!

Never going anywhere else! My catalytic converter was stolen and Mike and his team took such good care of me and my car. Mike was straight forward, honest, prompt, and just so kind. I can’t recommend Peterson Car Care enough!

I self-diagnosed a bad A/C clutch coil after a worn coolant overflow hose leaked onto the side of the engine near the A/C compressor. A/C would no longer work due to a blown fuse and replacing the fuse would just cause it to blow moments after turning on the A/C if not immediately. I called the shop, Mike said he would look up the labor estimate and call me back. I then received a call back with a price for the labor only at $227 (I would need to supply the part, but often times that’s cheaper to do anyway). Part was less than $45 at Autozone, delivered next day, which again was fine since the shop wouldn’t be able to do the repair until 3 days after my initial call. I dropped off the car in the morning just after 8 am, and I received a text that the car was ready before 12 pm. Repair seems fine, final price was exactly what I was quoted, and pickup was very quick. 10/10 experience!

I was thankful (?) that I broke down right in front of them, because Mike was able to get me back on the road within 24 hours. Tough to find a nicer place that is as quick and efficient as they are

I’ve been using Peterson Car Care for a few years and have always been impressed by the speed and care they take with my car. Prices are more than fair and unlike other dealerships and car places have never felt pressured. Mike has always been patient and explained any issues I have with my car.

Went in last week for an issue with my radiator. Was very pleased with the service! Mike was very nice, took down my info n said hed call me when it was done. I didnt have to wait long! A few hours later, I was already driving my CRV again, n a week later there are still no problems. Thanks Mike and crew!
