these guys are alley mechanics scamming people they charged me alot of money to hand me my vehicle with the engine check light still on and told me they cant do anything about it

Was told by several mechanics that it wasn't possible to fix my car, I decided to give this place a try. They had my car up and running within a week and a half. (The part was difficult to find) Customer service was amazing, and my car is running like it's brand new. I highly recommend this repair place.

Brought my Nissan Versa in for failed emission test. The receptionist quoted $90 for the inspection test and told me I would get a call back same day. Never got call so I called back next day. Samd receptionist told me someone would call me right back about my Nissan Altima. Reiterated that I had a Versa not Altima. Waited over an hour, no one called me back. Called third time told someone would call me back, and I would get pictures and video of my Altima's issues. Reminded receptionist again that I had a Versa. Received photos, of dashboard, under hood shots, and photos of green and red pass/fail buttons, but no video. Received phone call soon after from Pete and first thing he asked did I call about the Altima, but he then self-corrected and said Versa. Received quote for $825 if I fix just the sensor for failed emission, plus another quote for double that amount for other issues they found. My husband and I were expecting fee of $500 max for sensor issue, the $325 extra was too much for us so we declined service. Picked up car and the emission test fee jumped to $120, then down to $95 because the receptionist forgot I only came for emission test, even though initially she said it was $90. We ended up paying $98 and change because we paid with a card. Hopefully, the lady with the Altima had a better experience.

Do not go here Pete is a ripoff. My fiancee went to him to pass the emissions test he tried to charge him $4500 to get the check engine light to go off and when he told him needed time to think about it he asked him why would he need time to think about it which was rude so my fiancee paid the $95 fee for the diagnostics and he waited and drove the car for a few weeks and the check engine light went off on its own and I passed my emissions test and I didn't have to pay to have nothing fixed. I didn't need the time and chain after all.

I would give No Stars if I could, they kept my car for 4 days just to check it & still couldn't figure out what was wrong. Given an invoice for $1,300 for a tune-up that might help. Unprofessional & terrible Customer Service

Very happy with Pete's Auto Service. Pete explained everything. They repaired 2013 Optima. Ball joints, tie rods , gas gauge, steering column all in a timely fashion. At a reasonable price. All the employees are very friendly and Lisa was best. I will definitely be back for any more repairs... Thanks to you all.

Went to Pete's Auto Service after failing an emissions test. I was immediately helped at the front desk and handed off to Eddie for help. He didn't waste any time and was immediately helpful. He diagnosed the problem, we went over the issue, he fixed it, and I went right back to the take the emissions test and passed. Great service and really quick, I would definitely recommend for any auto work.

We had failed emissions 3 times. Twice we took it to Gordon’s on Western and each time after spending $1000 dollars it failed. Finally it was diagnosed probably and repaired the 1st time at Pete’s. They also took it to the emissions location and handled all the details
