I hit something and had a piece of plastic hanging down underneath my car. This place is close my house so I stopped in and was helped right away. They were so kind and I feel like the price was fair so the following week I went back and had about $1000 of routine maintenance done. Again, they were kind, professional and prompt. I didn’t feel like they tried to take advantage of me and my car is running better than ever. I will likely continue getting my car serviced here. Thanks Petra team!

I love coming here, my dealership or any other place tries to charge me an insane amount but here they don’t. They’re always able to help you in the best way they can. They let you know an estimate amount so you wont be surprised by it. Absolutely recommend!!

I was informed I needed a new caliper, new hoses, new brakes, rotors, pads, two new front tires and was quoted around $1500. I went to a different shop who tested the calipers on both sides of my vehicle and they were completely fine, along with the hoses. I spent $360 on parts and labor for the brakes, pads, and rotors and then $100 on two used front tires. I came to this shop because of the good reviews but I was disappointed with the service. I spent $280 for an oil change, AC "recharge" and a diagnostic. They had my car for about an hour. After spending that I was quoted the additional $1500+ for the repairs I listed above but ended up spending less than $500 elsewhere. I would be careful about the maintenance they recommend and get a second opinion.

Petra Automotive is theeee best automotive service company in Jacksonville FL. They have the best prices as well as family friendly welcome vibe. I took my car there for a diagnosis concerning a noise I hear by the struts every time hit a bump. I replaced this part that part and still was having that same noise issue. So I decided to get a diagnosis from Petra Automotive first time customer and within 30 minutes he found my problem. I highly recommend this Automotive company. 👍👍👍👍

Went there needing front brake pads for my 1999 chevrolet tahoe. I was quoted over $200. The brakes cost $40-$60 at the parts store. I'm pretty sure it takes at worst an hour of labor. How in the world do you get a $200+ quote for that job? I went to advanced auto parts and they referred me to a shop that quoted me $105 for my job. Stop being greedy. Don't take what's going on in the economy out on your customers. We are all going through the same situation and businesses like this make it worse.

5 Star service was provided. They damn near diagnosed my issue without even looking under the hood. Anticipated it being multiple days but they were able to resolve my issue same day. They over communicated ensuring I had no questions for next steps. I’ll continue to come back until I have a reason not to.

I really appreciate the fact that this company was honest about but being able to repair my AC, due to the age. They also waived the diagnostic fee. I feel that was great business service that they provided. This is a place although they didn't do any repair I would consider taking another vehicle to then if I was to have any issues. Also the environment is clean and comfortable.

i called at 3:00, brought my car in at 3:30, and they had it done around 4:00. it was super quick and easy. not only that, but they very clearly know what they’re doing. i got my radiator hoses replaced. the woman who checked me in was very informative and knowledgeable. they also gave me the best price out of all of the places i called. i appreciate it!

Friendly, affordable, and fast turn around. One of the few open on Saturdays, they were a life saver. This will be the place to go for those with a Monday-Friday work week. Thanks for the cold air fix!!!

Great work on my car. Mavis did a poor installation and sent me to Toyota who found 10 other things to fix but here they brought me out to my car and showed me what exactly was wrong and what was misdiagnosed and why. Really appreciate that involvement. Good prices and I was out way quicker than expected. Found my new mechanics
