INCREDIBLE shop: complete price transparency, respected me even though I'm a 20s woman with no car knowledge, very old-school and cash only. My beloved 2005 with only 60k miles got hit-and-ran which took out my side mirror and scratched her side up. Other companies I contacted wouldn't touch the car because of her age. Petraglia gave me advice about whether or not to use my insurance, if it was worth my buck fixing the scratches, and they were able to see my car and order parts day-of-contact. It's now fixed less than a week later. It's definitely an old-school shop where all business is done using paper and pen. They called for parts and gave me a set price for parts and labor during our first meet-up. A few days later they called me in to put the mirror on. Because I didn't know about the cash policy and didn't have a check, they even trusted me enough to drive away and grab cash with no strings. There aren't family businesses like this anymore. I'll be recommending Petraglia to everyone I know from here on. Everyone, especially young women, should go here for car support.

THEY DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS*** Wish they would've told me this BEFORE I let them work on my car. I don't trust any business that operates this way, very shady. Way overpriced. Absolutely does not treat women with any respect. I wouldn't let anyone I know use this shop, especially a female. Sent my husband in after I was screamed at over the phone and had the phone slammed in my ear. He was treated way better than I was. Save yourself the trouble and money. There are much better mechanics around. Think this dude just needs to retire.

The man who serviced my car was very respectful and helped me find additional service nearby for a tire repair. I don't think I would've gotten so much done in one day if it weren't for Carmen. Thank you!

I have not personally used this business but my mom, who lives near does. Over the years, I have heard of many times where someone has helped her with tires, inspections, something that she thought was broke on her car. They are very kind to her & that speaks volumes as I live out of state, but she is being taken care of. Thank you especially to Carman! Elaine Maddy

I had a large dent above my driver’s side door from teenagers throwing concrete at my car. Petraglia’s made it look new- from fixing the dent to matching the paint and they even washed my car! Very satisfied with their work.

I live two blocks away and there was recently road work being done in front of my place so I had to move my vehicle which I don’t drive but once maybe every two weeks. It was parked in a legal spot in front of this shop and they had my vehicle towed as hazard! From a LRGAL SPOT!!! Total jerks!
