Awesome mechanic! However, I'm not please with you selling me back my own part back to me for extra profit! I want be back Sam, thanks, but no thanks! I'll just have to locate another honest mechanic to repair my vehicles! Windshield Washer pump looks familiar! All you did was remove it from the used part I gave you and placed it on my original reservoir and changed me for it! I paid for the part twice! When I purchased it form the junkyard and then from you! So much for "Customer loyalty is number one priority"!

Excellent service! Sam has worked on our BMW multiple times and is always very fair in price. We do most of the work ourselves but take it to him for larger jobs. Can’t recommend this shop enough!

Sam and his team have been our repair shop for about five years are we are never disappointed with the results. He is fair and honest and upfront with his estimates. Check your credit card bill so you don't get charged twice. Got a new water pump installed on vehicle. Quick turnaround which was nice, but 80 bucks added on for coolant as well?

Had my Nissan Rogue towed here after it shut off and had the check engine light turned on. They were very helpful and checked out everything. They realized it was just a bad connection and got it back up and running right away. They were very honest and didn’t even charge me. I will recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you for being an honest business which is very hard to come by nowadays.

The warning light indicating my battery wasn't charging came on the evening before I brought my car in for a scheduled oil change. Sam diagnosed a bad alternator and was able to get it replaced, and do the oil change, to get me safely back to work as soon as possible. He also pointed out a leak in my battery so I could try to get it replaced under warranty. Pharaoh's consistently goes the extra mile to provide excellent car care and customer service!

Pharaoh is simply the best! When you look for someone to work on your car, you always look for someone that is fair and honest. Sam is extremely fair on prices, and is always honest about what your car actually needs. And, he will stay with the problem until it is fixed. I have only dealt with a few businesses in my lifetime that deliver service that you can trust completely. Pharaoh is one of those that always comes through. Highly recommended!!!!

The hood on my car was not popping up when I pulled on the release. A friend whose opinion I trust recommended this shop. At the shop the owner came out to the car and immediately opened the hood by pulling on the cable inside the car with a pair of pliers. He told me the problem would be fixed with a new cable, a repair of one hour. A sign in the office said the labor rate for my car (a 2011 Toyota Venza) was $145/hour. High, I thought, about as much as the dealer, but I agreed to have the work done. Three days later the cable came in, and we set a time for the next day to bring the car in. I was charged $322 to replace the cable. Specifically, $261 for labor, $45 for the cable, and $17 for the hood release handle. When I asked why labor was so high, the shop owner denied ever saying the work would take one hour. He had. In fact, it was a surprise to hear the work would take as long as an hour for a simple and quick repair. (Unless you're 76 years old, when nothing is simple and quick.) To mollify me, I was given a military discount of ten percent off the labor charge, bringing the total to $296, which I paid in full before leaving. I had hoped to make this shop my go-to garage for all future car problems.
