I have been trying to get a new special order F450 for 2 years. Finally got together with John Vigil at Phil Long chapel hills and he made it happen. He kept us informed throughout the process and was very helpful from beginning to end. I will definitely be recommending John and Phil Long Ford.

I needed to have recall work done on my truck, and Bailey was very helpful and was able to get me in sooner than initially thought. Everything went smoothly with the repair, and Bailey was very professional in every communication we had. The only complaint I had was that the time estimate was for 3-4 hours, but when I called back after five hours I found that it had just gotten to the technician. Fortunately, I didn’t need my truck that day, but it was an inconvenience having to schedule a ride at 5:30pm rather than at noon based on the original estimate.

This was the 1st time that I had home service from Phil Long Ford Chapel Hills for a recall & an oil chg. The service reps were efficient & very timely w coming back when an issue needed correction. The service advisor was very effective.

Had my oil changed and the filter wasn't tightened all the way so oil leaked all over my garage floor. This isn't the first time we've had this issue either. The techs seem to be sloppy and don't check their work.

Service was fine, but truck smelled of cigarettes and they could have washed it. The thing was filthy when they returned it to us.

Alex our Service advisor is awesome! The entire crew took very good care of us. The pick up and drop off of our vehicle is more than excellent and allowed us to work the entire day. I highly recommend Chapel Hills Ford dealership.Customer service was above and beyond what I expected. The mechanic was excellent and fix the problem.

Horrible. I won't ever come back. Not only have you been using the wrong oil. My hood latch was broken during the oil change and your service department refused to fix it.
