I scheduled a service for my vehicle. I arrived early and they were able to work on it immediately. Oil changed, tires rotated, vehicle washed. All good.

One hour and forty-five minutes to rotate tires and check a few fluid levels on a plug-in Kona is unexplainable and unacceptable.

Ty is the best service guy! He makes stuff happen! They didn’t have a part that was back ordered and gave me a free oil change. Comfortable waiting area with coffee and water and food. Everyone super helpful.

I was taken at the time of my appointment, maybe a few minutes early. Besides the scheduled routine maintenance, they also completed a service update, which saved me making a second trip. Ty was great to work with as my service advisor.

The whole process to get my oil changed was super easy & seamless. From using the app to schedule an appointment to bringing my vehicle to the service center. I had scheduled complimentary maintenance and was quoted it would be about 1.5 to 2 hours. I chose to stay at the center while waiting & it took less than the time they stated. And they washed my car! Excellent experience working with Liz!

Ty was very efficient, knowledgeable and had great customer service. Due to a cancellation, he was able to schedule a same day appointment to address my car battery issue. He was knowledgeable about the battery problem and spoke to the warranty on my new battery purchase. He made me feel like my business was appreciated, which is currently difficult to find in the service environment. Ty, thank you for the great service.
