Terrible service. The large blond lady was very rude. She lied about hours of operation and made simple tasks complicated purposely. I felt very uncomfortable and not welcomed there. I'll never go back!

Our company needed to rent several passenger vehicles and commercial grade trucks at the very last minute during the busy December holiday season. And the staff at this location pulled off a miracle for us! They managed to gather enough vehicles just in time to accommodate all of our needs. They are super friendly, honest people and their customer service was always first rate.

Phil & Nick’s is the only place I take my vehicle!! The owners are friendly, honest, good people. I never have to worry if I’m being overcharged or if I’m paying for unnecessary repairs. They’ve repaired and serviced my vehicles numerous times, and I’ve never had any subsequent issues. I HIGHLY recommend Phil & Nick’s.

I rented from Avis, and this was their pick up spot. Prior to picking up, I called Avis and confirmed my spouse could be the extra driver without charge. From the moment we walked in, there was a very uncomfortable vibe from the guy. When I told him about the extra driver he said there was a charge. I told him I had confirmed with Avis that my spouse could drive. He didn’t say anymore, but added my husband as the extra driver. Very unfriendly person. Upon returning the car he handed me the receipt and I noticed that I had been charged for my husband. When I asked him why, he shrugged and lied by telling me that the extra driver goes on automatically, something that Avis confirmed as NOT TRUE. He then told me I had to call Avis and walked away. To me and my husband, this kind of treatment is due to someone’s homophobia, and no, THAT’S NOT OKAY! We are in the 21st century and this kind of business behavior is NOT ACCEPTABLE.

We were unable to rent a car at Enterprise next door with an overseas Drivers License so tried these guys despite their very low reviews. The person we talked to offered us a car at twice the advertised rate -it was dishonest and very hurtful to be treated with such disdain. Most human beings thankfully treat others with a level of decency.
