Philcron was fantastic. I don’t live in Charlotte. My car broke down on the way to visit family. Philcron was recommended. I had it towed there. They got it fixed and were patient while it took me some time to arrange another trip to pick it up. The car is running great. The staff was super nice and helpful. Thank you!

Philcron was able to get me scheduled very quickly for a pre-purchase inspection. They were thorough and took the time to explain things to me as I'm no car expert. I would definitely recommend them!

Took car in it went crazy dash lights off and on wipers came on there self . Dash lite up like a christmas tree . I was in the twight zone car . I love my charger but was not a happy camper. Larry found out when he unplugged the power steering unit all 156 codes disappeared . He put a new unit on and codes went away . The new electric power steering on these newer cars are expensive . Larry got me back on the road . Very thankful for sherry ,dawn and Larry for there help . Keep up the good work !! Gregg Myer

Philcron solved the issue I was having with the cabin fan motor going in and out. They kept the car for several days until the fan FINALLY stopped and they could indentify the cause. Sounds easy—but it wasn’t! The team kept at it until they found the issue and fixed it. Philcron exemplifies “old school” business principles: excellent quality and real integrity—professionals you can trust! Thank you Philcron!

Great experience here. Brought my car in on a whim because of some strange brake noises. They were able to squeeze me in on a busy day and replaced my brake pads and rotors. Very kind, hardworking, friendly employees. Thank you!

Professional, reliable, and trustworthy. I hate car trouble, but love knowing where to go when I do need a mechanic. As soon as I call to schedule an appt. Cheri is excellent at communicating, explaining and handling client relations throughout the whole process. The technicians are no-nonsense professionals whose skill-set are up to date and up to the task. My vehicles are always in good hands when I need them.

I have taken my vehicle here for over 10 years. I have never had a problem with any work they have done on my vehicle. I count on them to let me know if there is a issue with my vehicle and if it has to be replaced now or in a few months. I recommend this business highly!

They have worked on several of my vehicles, and have even helped me to sell one - at no charge! I trust Larry to provide good service at a reasonable price. I've had him repair an axle on my van which stumped other mechanics at garages in two different states. Sometimes, I take my vehicles to other shops which are open longer hours and weekends. Whenever I do so, I regret it. An honest, trustworthy, competent mechanic is a rare treasure. I appreciate Larry and his staff and thank them for their laudable professional service.
