I cannot say enough good things about Dan at Pima Automotive. I called for a broken window switch and a window that was stuck in the down position (thus exposing my car and stuff to the elements and making it easy to steal since I don’t have a garage!). On Thanksgiving Eve well after hours, Dan was willing to come in and troubleshoot the problem, got my window back up, and advised that the window regulator may also be a future issue to deal with as it was pretty sluggish to respond. But now I have plenty of time to solve that because the window is back up and I’m off to my Thanksgiving plans without much delay at all. Thank you so much and have a happy Thanksgiving!!

Pima Automotive is earning my approval. Prices are fair and the mechanics are very informative and honest. 2001 BMW. Various work on suspension to cooling system. James works on my car and does a very good job communicating and takes his time when necessary to get it done right. No complaints so far! Will be returning for sure! Love the indie shops with skilled mechanics. Thank you Pima!

Vinny and the whole staff were wonderful really friendly and helpful, got my car in right away for an oil change (amazing price!) and front brake pads and rotors. He also gave me an option for fixing an ongoing issue that would cost WAY less. I spent a little more than i expected(Filters were pricier than i thought), but the staff is really great! Hopefully my car will be too!

A tire patch is $35 but randomly they have 8.99 oil changes lol silly marketing strategy. Just the tire patch makes up for all the product you’re giving away with your 899 oil change

I had an accident with my car during the night and Daniel was the only one who was willing to help me. The next day, very early, he got to work so that I could continue my roadtrip. In addition to his help, I want to thank him for his patience, explaining to me everything that was needed to be done to the car, and explaining carefully the problem. All this with a very friendly and kind attitude. I really appreciate it, my experience was 10/10 with Daniel

It is hard to find a good neighborhood mechanic these days and Pima Auto is a gem. They treat their customers like they live next door and deliver professional, courteous service at a fair price. I've driven by the shop on the corner of Pima and Swan for many years but only recently became a customer. Very pleased.

5 Stars all day long! These guys are FREAKING awesome! As a single mom, most places try to take advantage of you, these guys did the absolute opposite, told me and showed me what needed to be fixed for safety and what could wait(as I was too broke to afford it)!! They are really amazing team here, I will forever be a customer now! Would recommend to ANYONE! Thank you Pima Automotive! SEE YA SOON!

Came to get my car looked at and on the way got a flat. Pulled in and they ushered me into parking spot, listened to my story, got my car on the rack for inspection. Vinny took me into shop showed me everything they found. Put a used tire on and I was done in about an hour. Vinny, James and Charles really appreciate your professionalism!

Courteous, efficient and very friendly. Financials were discussed ahead of each thing as it was found. I brought it in for air-conditioning and an oil change, but upon inspection they found a lot more. It’s an eight year old car that has never had any service done on it. I was surprised by how expensive the repairs were, but I trust that everything that was done, needed to be done. They shuttled me home, and picked me up to bring me back in the next day. Ben, in particular was very informative and helped me secure short- term financing. They were great!

Good: - Staff are professional/friendly - They honored their appointment time to the minute which is important if you’re a busy person Bad: - Lied about pricing: Verbally told me that oil change would be ~$69 and then later charged me ~$100. I was in quite a rush and the guy probably accidentally said the price per 5qts (my engine holds more) so eh… whatever…but im not coming back here.

Pima Automotive saved my day. The engine light went on in my car and they took me in and fixed it right away. They really are personable and all the techs are very knowledgeable. They know their stuff! A little more pricey but definitely worth it. They are my go to guys from now on.

The customer service here is great minus the continued support with services such as free flat repair. That said, I found myself in a bind due to the shoddy condition of Grant Rd and ended up popping a fairly new tire. It happened close enough to Pima Automotive that I carefully pulled my car in and left it overnight for the tire to be replaced the next day. I figured they would overcharge me but I never expected to pay $170 to install a tire that could be done for $67 (including free flat repair) at Walmart. This is the push I needed to sign up for AAA again! Thanks, Pima Automotive.

Went in for an oil change and pre-trip inspection and they let me know what needs done on the car, the actual severity, and were honest and not pushy. They showed me on the car so I could see for myself. I appreciated that.

I knew my car was going to need more than what I brought it there for but they handled it with professionalism and called me before doing any extra repairs, also updating me on the new invoice total. I was able to drop it off when I had just stopped in to see when they'd have time to install the new parts I'd bought and I had it back after 3 days due to all the additional issues discovered while they were disassembling the front end. I'd definitely return there for more repairs.
