TERRIBLE! CROOKS! Worked with Eddie. After 3 months of keeping my car, he gave my car back UNFINISHED, said, "waiting on a part." And now, 2 1/2 years later he "still doesn't have the part." And, instead of trying to help, just threw up his hands and said, "nothing I can do."

Scammers. Will damage your vehicle more than when you brought it in and overcharge you. They have left batteries loose and ignored leaks. Do not use Pinky's.

These dudes are legit. I am not a car guy, but have a 1983 Toyota FJ60 Landcruiser that often needs a tender hand. Every time I take her in, she comes out running like new. In my experience, Ralph, Frank and team are honest, fair and informative. They tell me what I have to do and what I should do (if my ship comes in.) They always provide a detailed list of work done and suggested which is great with an old truck your wife wants you to sell every winter :) Been with them for about 5 years and now I drive from the west side to see them. Maybe I’m crazy…in love.

Been coming here for almost 3 years- they have done everything from replacing my battery to bi-annual oil changes to fixing my side mirrors when they were vandalized. I love these guys!!

I’ve gone to these guys a few times, and the only time they weren’t able to solve my problem they didn’t charge me for it, despite taking an extra day to inspect my car. Real standup people at this shop. It’s hard to find a mechanic to trust, and these guys have been great to work with.

I have been coming to Pinky's for more than 12 years now with many cars. They always provide amazing service. I live in Torrance now but I drive (or tow) all the way up to see them because they are fast, friendly, and truthful.

I am taking my car to them tomorrow and I am concerned as last time they told me they had to replace a part because of the noise in the airconditioner. I said there was no noise. He lowered the cost substantually. I saw him today and he said drop the car off tomorrow in an unfriendly way. IDK I just expect people to be nicer. I pray all goes well.

I had my catalytic converter on my Corolla replaced here after it was stolen and I highly recommend them! I’ve gone to them for little things in the past but this was a big deal for me! Everyone was very nice and communicative which I truly appreciated! Overall I highly recommend them for your car needs as they are very car knowledgeable!

I've been going to Pinky's for at LEAST 15 years. I trust them implicitly. If they can't find anything wrong, they don't charge me. And any repair they have done has lasted. They are trustworthy and knowledgeable and so, so nice.

Pinky's continues to deliver excellent service and great work at fair prices. I've been going there exclusively for the past 10 years after being referred by both a good friend and my old mechanic (who didn't service the model of my new car). The fact that another mechanic referred me to them spoke volumes about their integrity and the quality of their work. Mike, Eddie, and Ralph are great. They take time to explain what's going on with my car and what repairs are truly necessary, saving me money. They are honest, their prices are reasonable, and they are very quick and efficient. Awesome shop. Highly recommend.

I am so grateful to Mike and Pinky's. I brought in my old car, trying to decide whether to pay for repairs to get it in safe running condition or just to give up on it. Mike was immediately so kind and thoughtful and informative. They were so busy, the lot was so full, I didn't expect to hear back soon, but within a few hours, Mike called with the results of the diagnostics. Given the estimated cost, I decided it was time to say goodbye to a car I'd shared many adventures with. When I went to pick it up, of course I expected to pay for the time and labor that went into the diagnostics. No charge. Isn't this place the best?

Top Notch service and care! It’s so hard to find a great mechanic especially when you need it most. I was immediately impressed with Eddie and Mike — they showed immediate responsiveness and I love the SMS updates they set up. A MUST if you’re ever in need of car repair.
