Went here in an emergent situation when I discovered a nail in my tire after I got to work. They fit me in, and promptly assessed my issue. Unfortunately it was deemed the nail was not in a safe place to patch. I honestly appreciated being told this and i was given multiple options of what to do. Ultimately, I opted for a new tire which they were able to get same day. My car was fixed a few hours later and the price was very fair. I would absolutely come here again for tire issues

**edited to respond to owners comments below… I 100% did not ask for or add on an oil change as I just had the oil changed on this vehicle. The most terrible part of the business’ response is that yet again it goes to show how terrible their customer service is! They have no idea what they’re talking about and blaming the customer for their poor communication. Made an appointment yesterday for a PA state annual inspection and I specifically asked how long it would take since I planned on waiting. I was told it would be 45-60 minutes. Upon dropping the car off they said it could take a few hours (this is a brand new car) and that they don’t usually let people wait. Employee had a HUGE attitude and was argumentative. They would rather not have your business than be accountable for what they’re telling their customers.

I’ve been to this shop multiple times and I’ve never really had a problem with them. At my last visit, they were even able to tweak my balance when I was paying with cash and card; so they are accommodating.

This place essentially extorts customers. I went in for a turn signal repair. I was quoted $500, with a $170 fee if I declined to get the repairs. After agreeing, they raised the price to $700 and increased the no-repair fee to $270. I reluctantly proceeded. Then, during a state inspection, they claimed my 15-month-old tires were in poor condition, threatening to fail me unless I replaced them. This felt nothing other than extortion. Frustrated, I paid $110 for the inspection and went elsewhere, where my car passed with no issues. I'm filing a complaint with the PA Office of Attorney General. Possibly no action will be taken but I doubt this business will last long with such shady practices.

Over $200 for a diagnostic when I came in knowing what the issue was already. They frame it that they’ll drop the diagnostic fee for the service on the car (if they deem it worth the time), the over charge for the service too. Save yourself the cash and go somewhere else. They know their competition up the block closed last year and are overpricing the neighborhood.

Been using Pinnacle for a few years for inspections maintenance and repairs. They usually call with the planned repair and cost in the morning and have it fixed by the end of day. Discount if you pay cash.

There's always a question of trust for me with some services... Mechanics, dentists. Don't ask why, the stories are many. But with my very first visit to Pinnacle I immediately had a good feeling.
