I’m beyond disappointed with my experience at this auto repair shop. The owner ‘Roger Pinto’ was shockingly rude and condescending from the moment I walked in. If you value good and reliable customer service and a respectful interaction, I highly suggest you look elsewhere. This place clearly doesn’t care about its customers.

Pinto Auto has been taking care of my vehicle for years and I’ve referred many friends over the years that have had the same experience: Up front and Honest, exceptional work, no issues after service and affordable compared to today’s rates. Pinto’s is the only place I will take my vehicles a referral out to friends and family! Great team!

Look. I cannot stress this enough. Anytime you can put the words Quality, Honest, and Auto Mechanics all in the same sentence, it is absolutely worth a mention! My entire family and I have been going to Roger and his crew for as long as I can remember! Work is always top notch, and always warrantied! The guys there are nothing short of OUTSTANDING! From engines to a/c to tires and everything else in between! I mean these guys build and race cars for fun in their spare time! If you need any automotive work done...go see the fella's at Pinto's and stop being concerned about, or otherwise disappointed in your automotive services! You will thank me!

I dropped my car off for repairs and they said they would look at it the next day. I went out to eat with my girlfriend and noticed my vehicle at McDonalds.. pulled up and it was the service man and his girl getting food in my vehicle.. never again will I trust them with any vehicle smh

I had my SUV serviced here and everything was done completely, professionaly and with no added issues found. Air conditioning was repaired properly after having been serviced by dealership twice before. Work was completed on time and on budget. Filters, oil change, spark plugs and lubrication of chassis. A fair and honest shop.

My brother and I came to fix his truck and allowed them to test drive the car to find the issue and when it came back it was clear the driver that went abused the vehicle and it’s limits. I saw them driving away with the car and flooring on the gas to leave. Would NOT recommend!

Screwed over my boy, thought it was a good idea to floor a 3500 ram and hit 31 pounds of boost after it just got finished worked on while my boy sat inside and watched it happen!

The experience was good UNTIL they went on a test drive and came back with 31 lbs of boost. They floored it in my truck right before they gave it back to me while I waited in the shop. I just had a $1800 repair and that’s how they thank me for my business.

They did a nice job with my AC. They do not take appts - so that can be a good or bad thing depending on you. They throughly explained to me what they did to my car so I would understand - even though I’m not car savvy.

They are fantastic and have great customer service. They helped my husband on two separate occasions for tire related issues and I am very pleased they left him feeling satisfied. I appreciate small businesses that go above and beyond to cater to their clients. We will be lifetime clients for sure.
