This is the best place in the area to get your car serviced. I brought my car in to swap out winter and summer tires but I will definitely be back for other services too. The 5-star experience started with a simple booking process over the phone and continued with a warm espresso on Monday morning when I dropped off my vehicle. They were able to get my car in and out in under an hour. Claus and his team are the best!

Pirelli’s Warranty is garbage. My P Zeros lasted less than 5k miles not 50k miles as the warranty stated. Customer service is horrible. They sent me to Discount tire twice then offered a 20% discount to buy new ones. I 100% regret buying Pirelli’s!!! Beware 💯

I had tires shipped from Tirerack and were installed by Pirelli P Zero World. Travis made the process seamless and Mario balanced and Road Forced the tires before installing them. Only one tire had to be turned. Mario was great to work with as he showed his knowledge in the use of the Hunter Balances and the specific placement of the wheels on car.

Claus is the best. I sent him a picture of what I wanted and it turned out he had done the original car! He is energetic, quality focused and a great guy. I will drive 2 hours for him to update my cars.

I got a flat tire today and was lucky enough to be right near this amazing shop. Travis and Claus took amazing care of my car and went above and beyond to have me back on the road in under an hour. The prices are fair, and the staff couldn’t be more accommodating. Claus prepared some excellent espresso while waiting! This is not your average tire shop - these guys are as professional as they come.

I strongly recommend Pirelli P Zero World if you need high quality tires for your car. They also offer customizations like window tint, and fixes for things like curb scrapes on your wheel rims. I desperately needed new tires for my Tesla and had narrowed it down to a few choices made specifically for Electric cars, one of which was a Pirelli. But I had a hard time finding a shop with this tire in the West LA area and any of the standard tire stores kept pushing me to tires and brands I had never heard of. So I made a visit to Pirelli P Zero World to see if they had or could easily get the tire I wanted. After all, this is a Pirelli store so if anyone could answer my questions and know the details about a tire it would be them! The spacious store stands out with its black facade and gold lettering located across from the Westfield Century City mall. They have a large showroom to show off their customizations and rim selections with a Mercedes and Porsche that was parked on the floor. They also had a lot of high-end cars in their lot waiting for service like Range Rovers, Ferrari’s, Cadillac, as well as other Tesla’s. This was reassuring that they dealt with cars that have unique needs and wouldn’t put the car lift in the wrong place or do anything else that would mess up the car (Tesla’s with their weight and battery pack have special lift needs that are slightly different from normal cars). Claus greeted me and I learned he is the owner. He is extremely personable and knowledgeable about the Pirelli tire line. He answered all my questions about the tire I wanted, and explained the specifics about that tire’s construction. Though he didn’t have the size of the tire I needed that day, he was able to get them a few days later and we scheduled an appointment. He even price-matched with another store I found an hour away. Another thing I asked Claus was if he could repair the unsightly curb scrapes from when I parallel parked on the street too close to the curb. Clause was able to schedule that service at the same time as my tire installation at a good price and they now look great! I am so happy with my new tires and fixed rims! If you are in Los Angeles and need new tires, especially if you have a Tesla or other Electric or high-end vehicle, I strongly recommend Claus and his people at Pirelli P ZERO World in West LA. They will take care of you with great service and a good price!

Incredible service by Claus and his team. I was a walk in customer who needed to get two Pirelli run flat tires for my Mercedes. They had them in stock and installed them right away. Best price in LA. Now I'm ready to travel to Yosemite tomorrow! Thanks guys, now it's my go to tire shop

I’m very surprised by my experience here. I assumed that based on this being a Pzero world location, the service would be as prestigious as is synonymous with the brand. I had an appointment to get a mount and balance at 1pm, I called them to reschedule for 4pm and they said ok. I drove one hour to Pzero world and they called me 5 minutes before I arrived to say they apologize but they accidentally double booked me and that they can’t do the job. Then they rescheduled me for another day but then called me before my appointment to tell me that their technicians said my job is too painstaking and that, and I quote, “they don’t want to do it.” I have no other words for these people. What an absolute disgrace of a business. Don’t assume just because they have the Pirelli name on their store that you’re getting professional people. Absolute waste of time.

Installed tires ordered from another online shop in here, also did alignment for $150 for Range Rover. People are very welcoming, prices seem to be reasonable, I really liked the garage and interiors.

I’d give this place 6/5 stars if I could. I had two of my tires go flat in a massive pothole and Travis was able to source ultra high performance tires for me the same day, as well as install them. He said it would be done by 4pm and he wasn’t off by a minute. I was so pleased to have someone like Travis help me in such a stressful situation. I am on the way to pickup my car now and couldn’t be happier with the service this place provides. It was truly as smooth as butter and they treat their clients right here.

If you’re reading this then don’t hesitate! P Zero world is very legit! The customer service is fantastic. I worked with a gentleman named Travis and he was honest throughout the whole process and told me some of my tires were good and didn’t need to be changed. He is quick, professional, and wants to help. One of the last few places in LA with good customer service. Thank you again Travis, will be referring everyone.
