As someone with a Bachelor's degree in the automotive tech industry, don't trust the facade. I have been prospecting good shops after moving to Dallas and being temporarily unable to do my own professional quality work I checked this shop out. I had an "alignment" and suspension noise check done, and after not even doing the test drive I had asked for in order to identify the noise, I got got quoted over 3,000 to replace my entire front suspension on a 20 year old truck. In short... They didn't even try to identify the real problem (which upon separate diagnosis was only one part that was beginning to fail). It's a 20 year old truck, but if you can't identify what actually needs to be replaced because there are some old parts, your not a real mechanic. I have never seen such a rip off as this place... and what I heard them tell other less informed customers, it's frustrating. In the end, because I'm an honest human being and I wanted my keys back, I paid the $42 alignment check fee, but I never even got a copy of the alignment report. Just a list of parts they wanted to charge me to replace. I would not trust this shop, worst one I've ever been to. Full of lies and bad advice.

I did a state emission inspection with Pit Pros Automotive this week. Their team provided excellent service and they were very knowledgeable and efficient. I'd recommend Pit Pros to anyone looking for automotive or tire service.

So I got my oil changed back here in May, and after leaving I noticed my engine sounded a little different, like almost slightly louder. So I checked under my hood and saw they had left all 4 clips undone on my air filter box. This was because they checked it and then tried to sell me a new one which I declined and told them I had replaced myself it within the last couple months. Anyways I closed and clipped shut my air filter box and my engine sound went back to normal. I didn’t leave a review or anything because I just forgave the mistake and moved on, but then today almost 4 months later I was in my engine bay just checking things and I opened up my air box and there was no air filter in there! That’s when I realized why the technician did not clip it back, because he forgot to put my air filter back in my car! So I’ve been driving around since May with no engine air filter….. for nearly 4k miles…. Not ok. Also just to be clear, nobody has been under the hood of my car besides me since that oil change. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because I felt as if their prices were reasonable. However, overall very disappointed with that experience and felt I needed to leave a review so they are aware and more careful about this in the future, as there is potential that this has caused damage or excessive wear to my engine.

They are prompt and get me in quickly for my 10+ year old car. I never had any issues with their work. I'm glad I found them when I moved here.

Ive taken my 2012 Chrysler 200 here several times for repairs and maintenance. No issues, customer service is the best compared to the rude folks at the other auto shops nearby. Their process is easy and straightforward. Its best to drop your car off and come back in my opinion. I will be coming back here for all of my car needs. Update: same wonderful customer service 3 years later 😊 I know my Kia is in good hands.

100% bait and switch. Over the phone I explained in clear detail that I needed (2) headlamp bulbs changed and that they were both HID. They gave me a price but upon arrival I was told with a shrug that the price was suddenly (2) times higher. I left a review and they suddenly call and when I don't respond right away, they lied in their reply to my review. Will now definitely not be going back as I no longer trust them simply because they lied in their reply to this review (which they have since removed) trying to make it seem that I only asked for (1) bulb replacement instead of (2). They just confirmed their dishonesty and there are way too many establishments that are honest to deal with crooked car mechanics.

Nice facility and front desk but sleezy. I saw the smirk on the mechanics face the few times he went back and forth to the front desk. I took my car to another shop for a second opinion and the true problem was not even diagnosed at Pit Pros after a $3000 estimate. The other shop called me with the list of issues and very thoroughly explain what the implications of fixing or not will be and how long things can hold off for. They even asked me if I wanted to put in so much money on an ancient car. None of that happened here. Safe to say I have found my shop for all future car issues and it will not be here.

I can't express how grateful I am to Pit Pros! My truck had an issue that two other mechanic shops couldn't diagnose or fix. Pit Pros not only found the problem but fixed it quickly and efficiently, even saved me money. It was truly a blessing to find such skilled and dedicated professionals. Got my car serviced on March 26th I asked PITPROS to look at my car cuz I had some issues going on that I was concerned about. They told me it was a transmission issue only to find out when I came home my car had been leaking oil and they failed to tell me. PITPROS has always been good to me and always told me about any leaks or any other concerns they've had with my vehicle but this time they let me down. I let PIT PROS know how unhappy I was and they called me back wanted to make things right I believe we are all human and we all make mistakes but how we go about those mistakes is what makes the difference and PIT PROS made things right . They took my car back in the following day got my issues fixed and I was back on the road safety thank you PITPROS despite the misunderstanding the first time I will continue to come back as a customer. THANK YOU !!!  PIT  PROS see you soon I will need a inspection.

I'm a female who came in alone for an oil change for my Lexus and feel like I got taken advantage of. The lady at the front, Patricia, said that they drained my oil before realizing they couldn't get my oil filter cap off so I'll need to buy oil to leave. I asked if they could just try to get it off and she said it'd be $642.34 if they break the cap while trying to remove it. I had to pay for oil to leave (you'd think they'd cover it since it was their mistake), then go elsewhere to get an oil change (they had no issue with the filter cap and said PitPros probably just didn't have the right sized wrench for it). So basically, I paid $25.49 for absolutely nothing since it was their mistake of draining the oil prematurely. Horrible experience. Would not recommend this place, especially to women coming in alone. Also, possibly coincidentally, the credit card I used was compromised the next day. I should have read all the 1 star reviews before going.

Went in for an oil change during my lunch break , it was quick and honestly they got me situated with my car oil very fast. Also appreciate the recommendations for my car as well. Good place and great service !
