If I could give this place zero stars I would. They sold me all four tires at a cheap price because that’s exactly what their tires are. Immediately after I drove off the lot my car was making loud noises I had never heard before and my car was extremely slow to accelerate, both issues I had never experienced with my old tires. There was also a bubble in one of the new tires they gave me which eventually causes your tire to explode. I brought it back in the next day, as they said we had a three day warranty on them, and they changed the tire with the bubble but claimed the noise was not due to the very used tires they put on my car that were supposed to be in “good condition,” and instead said it was due to alignment issues. I brought my car into a more reliable shop and they laughed at the fact I was told these were good tires, they said to not even worry about the alignment and that I need to go back and “raise hell” about the tires I was given and try and get them changed before worrying about an alignment. The place that gave this opinion is one my family and I have been going to for several years and they wouldn’t turn away business if they didn’t feel it a dire need. I came back here and asked for old or different tires back after expressing my concerns and was told over and over they’re good used tires and there’s nothing wrong with the noise coming from my car or the acceleration issues that only happened after tires from their place were put on, they also ignored the warranty and claimed there was nothing they could do. If you shop from here, do so with the understanding you might leave with your car worse off. It’s definitely worth the extra money to get brand new tires put on.

They have an arrogant manager, who does not know how to deal with the public, the clients cannot see what they are working on the car and the prices are through the roof, in short I will not return and I do not recommend it (I give cero stars )

We are headed to a music festival in Daytona Beach from Gulfport, ms and we needed a new tire. Everyone was saying 2pm before they could do anything for us. Pit stop men got us right in and where pulling the bad tire off before we were even in the office!! Super nice gentleman and great customer service. Thanks guys.

I have experienced affordable and exceptional service at Pit Stop Automotive—as soon as I got off 408, a giant construction nail got in my rental car’s tire. I am so grateful that the team was able to patch the continental tire easily and with excellent craftsmanship, especially since I had a pending long drive to still do later that day. Highly recommend bringing your vehicle here :)

I was looking for a tire shop stopped at two locations. Both were closed, Istopped here at 7:58a, and the tire tech asked if I needed assistance I explained my situation and he asked me to take the car to the back he asked for my tire lock and proceeded to remove the tire and he showed me the nail. tire was patched up all I have to say is the service was excellent. Thank you. I will be referring people to you.

Went into replace all 4 tires. Job was done in about an hour, but one of my tpms sensors wasn't working. Went in at a later date to see if they could check it for me, since before the new tires were mounted it was fine. Was told it wasnt their fault and not their problem in a pretty arrogant tone. Owner is rude and lazy. The couple guys he employs, the ones that actually work, seem good.

They are great for tires, good deals, good tires. However, twice I've been ripped off. I spent nearly $700 for them to practically replace my front end. I went because of a noise. That's what they said was wrong. I drove away and I still had the noise. I went back and they wanted more money to replace the wheel bearings in one wheel. Then, last week I went in because I had a nail in my tire. $25! For a plug?! No. I realized later they took my perfectly good tire and REPLACED it instead of PLUGGING it! I consider that to be stealing. While $25 is unarguably a good price for a used tire, I didn't need a new tire! You can bet I'll be paying closer attention IF I go back to this guy! I already went elsewhere for mechanic work and got ripped off even worse.... :(
