Don’t recommend coming here for a inspection they will say your wipers are bad and fail your inspection so they can sell you their cheap wipers. This place just wants to make money off you.

Brought my truck here to get a state inspection, was out in roughly 30 min. When I first arrived, it did take about 5 ish minutes for an employee to approach my car, but once they did it was a smooth process. They also have a car detailing place in the same location, upon inspecting my vehicle the techs told me my truck's engine was dirty and told me they could clean it for 45$. They did such a great job cleaning the engine out that I ended up bring my car to get its engine cleaned as well, and left it good as new! I didn't get before/after pics on both vehicles (dirty engine pic is from my car, clean engine pic is my truck's engine after it was cleaned. Both my vehicle's engines look just as clean!) Definitely recommend this place.

Service was fast but if you go and being a woman they offer you the most expensive 85 dollar oil change and don't even offer any other prices. You have to go sit outside and wait so you can't even see prices inside of office. I got screwed they are looking to take advantage!

Make sure they secure car's body coverings before leaving the Service Station. I have to buy 14 bolts that are now missing from my car because under covering was not properly replaced!

Terrible service. Had my windshield tinted with 80% Crystaline (allowed by law) and they failed my inspection. Checked with TX DOT and it's legal as long as it’s not less than 70%. They refused to pass my vehicle and/or refund. Had new wipers installed 2 weeks ago, failed my inspection on "torn" wiper blades. Inspected wipers and they’re not torn. Supervisor should review it’s laws with TXDOT prior to “failing” patrons. Shady business practice, would not recommend.

I've been coming here for as long as I have been able to drive. Not anymore. Had to take my car back three times to get them to properly fix/tell me what's wrong with my car. If you want an oil change, come here, I guess. Anything else, don't.

WOMEN STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. I came to get an inspection since this place is close to my home. Regretted it. Gabriel tried to tell me the total was $45 for an inspection. I was going to start bringing my Jeep in for washes, but that will definitely not be happening. 👎

As a local business owner it was sad to see the practices being used by another local business. I called for pricing on an oil change and was told I need to bring my truck in so they can give me a price and then continue to give me a price over the phone of $90 on the low and $120 on the high end. After pulling up I felt profiled as ever. Nobody seemed to know what was going on and the first price that was thrown at me before I could even get out of my truck was $160!!! I said hell to the no started driving away and heard someone instruct the gentlemen I was talking to that he will do it for $140. As I drove away they started yelling out lower prices. Regardless I was committed to going somewhere else at this point. It seems as though they make up prices on the spot. Not good business practices getting people to come in on low quotes just to make up a price when they arrive. I do not suggest this place.

Came here 02/06/24 @ 0915 for an inspection for the first time. The gentleman here took care of me right away. Offered me a discount on a steam cleaning for my engine. It was quite dusty and desperately in need of a cleaning. El Paso people knows it gets dusty here and the vehicles do take on the brunt of dust. I wish I would’ve taken a before pic but I’m quite satisfied with the cleaning. Now just imagine my pic but with hella dust overwhelming every component under the hood. It may seem sketch here but I promise they will take care of ya.

Cost me $10 extra to get an oil change because they had to unbolt some skid plate to service my rig. Sounds reasonable enough but it's nice to hear about that kind of thing before, not after when I'm paying. People were friendly and nice.

Muy mal lugar quieren que le hagas más servicios para pasarte la inspección solo así se prestan y te cobran sin pasarte la inspección si ellos ven que no la vas a pasar por el tinte de los vidrios aún así lo hacen son abusones y nomás sus tranzas mal lugar
