Went here friday and bought 2 front tires and left to go to work. By end of my shift that night tire was flat. Took car back first thing that Monday they said was stem ans supposedly fixed tire. For last two weeks have had to use portable tire inflator. They knew this was a bad tire and should have been honest. Never again.

STOP 🛑!! DO NOT COME HERE FOR TIRES OR AUTO WORK! I’M WARNING YOU ‼️ I didn’t listen to the reviews and I tried this place anyways, do not make the same mistake if you value your time and money! “” When I got up there to get my truck one of the employees told me “HONESTLY I should never come up there for auto / mechanic work, Only come there for tires and even then make it your last stop! “” I called Wednesday to inquire about getting a starter put on my truck. I spoke to the mechanic And he told me it would be $300. I needed it done on a Saturday so he told me to bring it and drop it off Friday evening before they close at 7 PM and he can get started on it first thing Saturday morning. So I Dropped my truck off Friday and ask the owner (who took my keys), how long it will take the mechanic to fix. He told me to call him at 9 am because the mechanic gets in around 830/ 9 o’clock. I called at 9 AM on the dot, and the owner told me the Mechanic was still working on another car from the day before and will call me before he started on my truck. The mechanic calls me at 1:30pm and tells me that he has started on my truck and will be done with it by 10 Or 11 AM tomorrow. I told him tomorrow is Mother’s Day and I have somewhere to be at 10am, this is why I asked how long it would take because if I would’ve known, a two hour job would turn into a two day I would have scheduled to have it done Next Saturday. So the mechanic reassured me He would be done by 10 AM tomorrow. My husband called before they close to verify with the owner also that my truck would be done by 10 AM Sunday. I called at 9 AM on Sunday morning to make sure that everything was going as schedule The owner tells me that they never told me It would be done at 10 AM The mechanic doesn’t even get in Until 10 AM. He gets an attitude with me before I can even get mad at him for lying, being an inconvenience and not keeping their word. So after exchanging words, my husband goes up to the shop to check on my truck And see how much has been done to it. When he gets there @ 10Am, NEITHER the owner or the mechanic is there and one of the employees told him that the mechanic is off on Sundays. So my husband got the keys from one of the workers and went under the Hood of my truck and NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE, HE DIDN’T EVEN TOUCH MY TRUCK. He didn’t even takeoff the plastic cover that goes over the engine. My truck had no FINGER PRINTS IN THE DUST. Only fingerprints was from my husband checking to see if anything was loose. They wasted my whole weekend holding my truck for no reason. The owner called my husband upset that he came and got the keys and said “Well come and take your truck then”. Umm I don’t need your permission to come get my truck. And then tired to say my engine light was on when he pulled my truck to the back….. yeah Ok! I have a kids. No body has time for you to be playing with their transportation. When I got up there to get my truck one of the employees told me “HONESTLY I should never come up there for auto / mechanic work, Only come there for tires and even then make it your last stop!”

This place just saved me 300$, I got a nail in my tire and someone plugged it, but the plug didn't hold. I went to Discount tire for help and they said since it had been plugged they could only sell me another tire...for 306$. My dad recommended this place and I told the guy these are brand new tires, just bought them a month ago or so. He said he will do a patch, which will hold better for 25! Such a lifesaver right now. Thank you so much!!!

I will never be back. I got one tire replaced and got down the road and my car was pulling really hard. So I get out and look and the tire is the wrong size. I call them and tell them what's up and they tell me to come back and he will fix it. So I go back two weeks later to get another tire ( because both my front tires were shot and could only afford one tire till I got paid again)and this time is the same thing. They put on the wrong size. I told them before I even left the shop this time. they took it back off and told me it was all they had till Wednesday and to come back then and they will give me another one. So I was forced to drive with two different size tires on my front wheel drive vehicle for 5 days . So I go back Wednesday and apparently the other brother is working and the guy won't change out the tire. Two brothers own this place. even with the brother telling him that it's true I was to come back and get a tire he wouldn't replace it. Well I had to come back the next day when the one brother was working in order to get my tire. Now this tire they gave me is DRY ROTTED!! not just a lil either. I WILL ADVISE AGAINST THIS PLACE. These people are knowingly selling people bad tires. I wish I didn't even have to leave any stars

I went on an emergency as I was going out of town and had no time to wait on tires to come in. They changed 3 total.....I noticed that the car was still shaking but I assumed that it was due to needing a balance. Well after I came back in town, I stopped to a tire shop to see about a balance and was quickly advised that 2 of the tires were dry rotted and the other was the wrong size completely. Ethically, I just don't understand how anyone would take advantage of another life this!

The mechanic, i believe his name is jimmy, should not be working on vehicles. Spent several hundred dollars to have a wheel bearing/hub assembly installed, then he added a ball joint (3 orders later we got the right one, so he said). Alignment was off from the jump, installed the wrong ball joint, left the nut on the ball joint loose because he stripped the threads, the axle nut was loose and not torqued . I was sent off the lot in a dangerous riding vehicle, when i arrived it was simply for the hub bearing assembly install. I hired another mechanic who has since replaced the ball joint that was destroyed, and tightened up the axle nut and every other loose component for a fraction of the price and did a GREAT JOB! This place seems decent for tires, but it’s amateur hour for sure with anything more than a simple tire install. CALL IMPACT MOBILE MECHANIC SERVICES INSTEAD, HE WILL PULL UP AND WARRANTY ALL HIS WORK! DONT PUT YOURSELF OR FAMILY MEMBER IN DANGER BY GOING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT, SOMEONE NEEDS TO DO SOME TRAINING BEFORE CALLING THIS A REPAIR SHOP.
