I could not be more satisfied with my experience. Adrian was very professional, and even though I had approved the initial quote for the work to be done, he found a way to save me a lot of money and save the parts I currently had instead of ordering more. The work was done quicker than I thought and the final results were perfect.

Pit stop is the most honest and great employees that really here what you have to say and get it done. I do wish I had the money to fix everything that needs to be fixed but I will definitely return when I do. Once again thank you to the wonderful team that fixed my breaks and tire nuts& lugs

After an awful experience with another shop I’m so thankful I had my car towed to Pitstop. They not only treated me greatly, they got my car repaired quickly and communicated clearly throughout the whole process. Getting in a wreck sucks but I’m thankful that I used Pitstop for the repairs.

Pitstop was the only place in town that would take in my overheating Z31, and they did a damn good job finding & fixing the issue. They were kind and honest about the repairs. Can’t recommend them enough.

I was recommended to Pitstop from my progressive insurnace rep a place he use to work for prior, I called Friday spoke to Allen who was very helpful in the mechanical side and got me scheduled for Monday (I didn’t want to come down Friday and just wait as a walk in but was offered that option) well I came into my appt today Monday greeted by Allen whom helped me and passed me off to ADRIAN from the bodyshop- I had a few different issues that I wasn’t sure if it was mechanical or bodyshop due to a accident I was in last year. I had such a horrifying experience from the body shop whom I used prior. Adrian and his men helped me beyond wonderfully they were so honest and knowledgeable!! I hands down will be back for work once I finish dealing with the other body shop from prior as well will be referring family and friends. I live in east mesa and it was beyond worth the drive!! THANK YOU ALL SO BEYOND MUCH!!!

Stan was an angel sent from heaven. Helped me, a 72 year old woman, when my car broke down in rush hour traffic. Police wouldn't help. Was on hold for 20+ minutes. No one came to help. He appeared from out of nowhere and helped. Highly recommend.

This is the best auto body shop around. I have had body work on two cars done here on two different occasions. One on my own and one through my car insurance. Adrian in the body shop was so attentive, fair, and honest. Both cars looked perfect when finished. I highly recommend!

Dealing with car maintenance and repair emergencies is never fun, and they usually happen at the worst possible financial times. However, I've taken my car to Pitstop Performance for everything from regular oil changes to more significant repairs, and I've always been met with transparent pricing, kind service, and, most importantly, a clear explanation as to what my car needs. I truly appreciate their honesty and quality of work.

Dispute's Credit Bills after service rendered. If they don't pay their bills, I would not trust them to fix my vehicles. They needed help diagnosing evap code... Fixed it. Now they dispute the bill and gave the lowest survey score possible. Take you vehicles to the places they take your vehicles too.

I took my vehicle to Pitstop recently for general maintenance and have had problems with the car since. They offered me a discount on the additional repairs but they are not willing to take responsibility for the damage they caused to my vehicle. The people who work there are very responsive and Vitalyi is nice but I will not be taking my vehicle back or recommending them. Update* after speaking with several other mechanics I was advised that I do not have a blown head gasket, which would have been a $3500 unnecessary repair. This cost me countless hours of unnecessary stress and time for an inaccurate assessment of what my vehicle needed.

Exceptional service and prices! The best mechanics and bodyshop in Phoenix! I've been coming to Pitstop Performance for all my vehicles mechanical needs for years and they have never disappointed. Furthermore, I recently had an unfortunate accident in a vehicle that held incredible sentimental value to me. My insurance wanted to call the vehicle a total loss, but Adrian in the bodyshop communicated my insurance company and was able to save my vehicle so that I could retain it without salvaging it. I'm so appreciative of Adrian's efforts; he was in constant communication with me, giving me progress updates on how the repairs were going. Andre, who did the bodywork on the vehicle, did an amazing job. Now my vehicle looks better than it did before the accident! Their pricing is always super good as well. I love these guys! Thank you for saving the car that means so much to me!

OK I have to change my last review for Pitstop Performance. I did have an issue with them and the work they did but they resolved for me. Pitstop performance did make it right. They straightened it all out and I’m happy. I would definitely recommend going to this family-owned business. We had a little communication issue with some work on my vehicle and it was corrected, and I am impressed with how they resolved it. Thank you, Pitstop performance.
