The receptionist looked at why my check engine light came on..most places will charge!! I will be back to get it taken care of just have to get a day off during the week. :( They just need someone specifically to answer the phones...u could be on hold forever.

Wow. These folks are amazing. Danielle and the techs are kind and professional. I'm not from Cleveland and had taken my car to another repair shop up the road from this one. They actually made my car's issues worse. However I found Plain Brothers and within minutes of bringing my car in, they were able to diagnose the issue and fix it! Amazing place and great service! And extremely cost effective. If you live in Cleveland or travel here, Plain Brothers is the best auto repair shop here! Thank you for your help Danielle and techs.

This is the BEST repair shop I've ever gotten work done on a car. Danielle is extremely friendly and ALWAYS looks out for the best way to keep your car running without having to spend big bucks. The mechanics are extremely knowledgeable and friendly also. If you want a car repair shop that feels like family and won't RIP you off...I HIGHLY recommend Plain Brothers!!

I can't say enough good things about this place. I have been taking my vehicles here for probably 10+ years now. I try to do a lot of the work myself, but certain jobs require professionals and they are nothing short of that. Their honesty is never in doubt, and Danielle at the front office is wonderful to work with. 10/10 recommend!

A#1, simply the best. I have taken my vehicles to Plain Brothers for a number of years now, starting with my 2007 Prius, and I couldn't be happier. They always explain to me the why what and how of any repair, and my gosh their prices. Always at least 30% less than anyone else and they get the job done right, the first time. One of Clevelands best kept secrets.

Absolutely top-notch service. I live out of town and I asked a seller to take the vehicle I was interested in buying to Plain Bros to get an inspection. The seller showed up late and missed the appointment window. Danielle and her team went so far above and beyond to help me get this car checked out and squeeze me in. They gave me really solid information and advice to help me make a decision on the car. I'm so appreciative. I wish they were my local mechanic. I'd trust them with any of my cars. Has another great experience again. Brought my car in because it wouldn't start the day before. Danielle gave me a tip to try and it worked. Got it started and brought it to them to check. They added fuel injector to it. Running fine now and I wasn't charged for the service.
