Went to planetmotosports a few weeks ago.must say I was hesitant to go because I saw negative reviews,but I decided to anyway. Was looking to install rims,tires and a lift kit. Omar showed me some packages,with no pressure. During the installation showing me the progress, it took about 21/2 hours. Was very happy with the way my truck turned out. Highly recommend Planet motor sports better to go in and see if they they have what works for you. Omar was straight and very professional.

Called them and got to speak with Omar and got a good price on my new tires for my bmw. They did my car right away and didn't wait that long. I highly recommend and definitely will come back again

Do NOT trust these people. They will tell you one thing over the phone and when they do the work they will give you a bill for another amount. They will hold your vehicle as ransom until you pay the amount even though they quoted another amount. If something is going to differ from the quote you gave you need to let the customer know before doing it. They are absolutely crooks and typical bait and switch mechanics.

This is the best place in the bay area i got level kit and weels on my 2017 tacoma i went to 3 diferent places and this one was the best deal 2 years later no probles at all.

Gave me a price online but when i get there The price changed.and they act like they made a mistake. Wasted my time going there. This guy said the tires were available to install when i talked to him at the shop. Then i showed him the message and the price He gave me online, then all of a sudden the tires Are not available.

Everyone is extremely friendly and accommodating. I spoke with Omar through Offerup and again in person. Their install is free, and you don’t have to make an appointment which are both great to begin with. I had found a specific tire that they were out of, but Omar was willing to sell me a more expensive set for the same price. My aftermarket wheels I bought from a different source ended up being the wrong size, so things didn’t go to plan. Still, I am extremely impressed with how friendly everyone I spoke to was compared to other shops I’ve been to.

I have to give them 5 stars because they definitely gave me the best deal I could find when it came to lifting my truck and installing new tires. Even their insight on which tires to buy, they didn’t just try and up sell me on expensive brands even though I had my eyes on one. They were also very accommodating and welcoming. I’ve tightened my suspension and rotated my tires x2 for free, a nice comp when you purchase from them.

I was in a few days ago for an alignment and replacment tire. They got the tire I needed, customer service was good. Now the bad, I drive about 4k miles a week. When I brought my truck in it drove straight, but I needed my yearly alignment so had this place do it while doing my tire. This is now my new "straight", and when my steering wheel is straight my truck takes a 45° turn to the right, my truck also now rides at an angle down the street and after paying $125 for an alignment that took 30 minutes, I would expect to at minimum get what I paid for considering at that stage im paying you 4 dollars a minute. These guy clearly don't take pride in their work. I honestly wouldnt let these guys touch my truck again. It left worse than it came in.

They really went above and beyond helping with a shock install issue that was no fault of their own but hung in there with me to complete the job!
