I took my car to him because my starter went out. He replaced the starter and gave me a warranty on it. Less than 24 hours later, my car did not start. I told him and he said he would come to my place and look. He never showed. I tried to contact him several times and he never responded. I had to have it towed to another mechanic. They said the starter he put on it looked liked he got it from a junkyard. It was trash. I literally was scammed by Michael Hart!! Beware!!!!

Do NOT go here. I went to them because my car was acting up. They had my car for two days before finally telling me it was my fuel pump. It was another five days before the owner told me he wouldn't do the work on it because he couldn't get payment from my warranty. We'd been trying to contact him with barely any response the entire time! DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Great all around mechanic if I’m stuck in one of my projects and can’t figure it out he always works with me to get her going and gives a decent explanation on why and how it happened.he doesn’t charge an arm and a leg like most mechanics, I have all my vehicles and I make sure to bring my buddies to him good guy does great work.

I have a 1968 jeep and got a cassette tape stuck in it for a long time. Went to at least 5 people, no one could get it out. Chris saw me struggling and offered to help. Got it out in 30 seconds or less. Nicest guy 10/10 would recommend.

I was 300 miles from home with my 6 yr old son when my car broke down. Every other car shop said bring it in and we will have it done in couple days. He drove my son and I to hotel and had my car done the next day. He didn't try to upsell me. He was a guy who opened his own shop and trying to build! HELP SMALL BUSINESSES! And 10/10 for this place

Our car died 2 hours outside of Chicago and we had a really important meeting the next day. Chris went out of his way to take care of the issue the same day! He rolled into his shop with a new alternator by the time the tow truck got us there, ran diagnostics to make sure it wasn't another issue, got the part changed out and had us on our way in just a few hours. Car is running great! Seriously and angel for working after hours. Thank you!

This has got to be the worst mechanic shop ever. They are very unprofessional and vulgar. They do horrible jobs and they do work on their terms. I highly advise anyone that is considering doing business with them, to do your business with people who actually know what they're doing
