We left our car at a friend's place as my wife lost her key. Unfortunately she had the only key to it. To make a long story short, someone tore out the ignition and we had to have it towed to Platinum Garage. They gave us a good reasonable quote to fix it. Again Unfortunately it was out of our price range. It sat in their parking lot for quite a long time before we were able move it. They were very understanding and extremely nice about our situation and did not charge us anything for the diagnostic and storage. If I ever need a place to fix my car, I will take it to this shop. Thank you so much to the staff

Excellent customer service. They quote you before repairs and have them approved before repair is made. Repairs are done in a reasonable time with professionalism. Would recommend.

Had an engine light come on when traveling to Gillette for a family emergency. The employees were extremely helpful, got my truck in right away and quickly diagnosed the problem related to the drive train. They could have fixed it and charged me several thousand dollars, but were quick to point out that my truck may still be under warranty and advised I pursue that route first. They were correct, 2300 miles and 3 months left on the warranty. The quick service and the integrity of the staff was very much appreciated. Two thumbs up!!!

Had a interlock removed from my vehicle and it wouldn’t start later that day and they haven’t done anything to fix it cause it happened over the weekend

Platinum Garage went above and beyond to fix my car and I will recommend this business to anybody needing a vehicle looked at! After fixing the timing chain, they caught two other issues with the vehicle and made the needed repairs. So happy to have found this honest and reliable shop in Gillette, the attention to detail and great customer service have been a breath of fresh air after getting nowhere with the dealership. Thank you guys for being awesome!

Found out that our injector went out on our truck. Platinum Full Service Garage came highly recommended. Pulled into the shop and were greeted with friendly service people. They had us back up and going down the road as fast as they could. Thanks for all the help from the stranded fire crew from Indiana. Highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs quality work done right.

I was meeting a friend and switching vehicles. A secondary business gave us incorrect information and put Platinum on the spot (unfairly). I was looking at up to an 8 hour wait. Between the two of us we had 26 hours to go and I was unhappy to say the least. Mandy made a call to the other company and nicely explained to them how to schedule in the future. I own and operate several businesses and if I weren't 11 hours away I would try to hire Mandy as she was awesome. Understanding our situation she had someone on mine immediately and I was out of there in 15 minutes, Friendly and professional , I can't say enough. Rare these days. Give her a raise. lol

What an awesome team. Took my truck in with the worst metal noise on acceleration. Mandy got me right in Glenn and Bob found the issue and had me out and on my way to work with in an hour! Great experience. It is the place to go!!! Thanks everyone!

Ed, Mandi and staff are great. Brought my used Toyota in for a timing belt and they discovered it had been previously changed, saved me $700 by being honest. On a separate repair for a check engine light my final bill was $200 less than I was originally quoted. They were very insistent to let them know if I had any other issues. Because of their good reputation they are very busy so it may take a bit to get on the schedule. But you can expect to be treated honestly and fairly. Highly recommended.

Teddie was incredibly nice in helping us out when our car broke down and was towed to Platinum Auto. They didn’t charge us for the diagnostics since our car was obviously beyond repair. Teddie looked up scrap yards and rental car places for us, and went above and beyond to get us back on the road! The mechanic checked out our new car for free before we bought it as well. Wonderful service!
