They didn’t tip off my fluids like they said. Also I’m hoping they actually changed the oil and didn’t just try to hurry because they were busy.

We dropped our KIA Sportage due to a tire issue. They quickly found the issue and phoned with suggested fix. Our son in law took care of details for me. Picked up same day. New tires all around. Our daughter, son in law and his family, Mangrum gave high reference. We are happy with the professional staff and will use them again. We used the Jonesboro Hilltop location.

Awesome service. Got my car back up and going quickly and did it without any “up charges” that you get from so many places. Had it in to check it out in less time than they estimated. Had to get a part from Memphis, but had it very next morning and had my car back to me within a couple hours of the part being in. Very nice and professional people. Will return for future issues with my car. Thanks Plaza Tire on E. Johnson!

Great service, took my 2012 corvette Grandsport in for oil and transmission service and new brake pads, I will not let just anyone work on it, the experts there took excellent care and the price was exceptional!

Shoutout to Corey, and the rest of the crew at Plaza Tire Service Hilltop, for getting me fixed up. Quick, thorough communication about issues related to my tires and brakes-they are squeaking a bit so I thought I needed new ones. Corey informed me that after they examined the brakes, they had wear but were still in good shape for safety purposes. Now THAT I appreciate. He did not try to sell me something I didn’t need and that is one of the reasons I will be returning here to have my brakes replaced when needed. He was honest and transparent and he saved me $500-that they will get back at a later date lol- because apparently ceramic brakes aren’t cheap. I took my vehicle for TIRES while I was there they noticed a sensor that had messed up-fixed that for me free of charge- AND they also informed me that my license plate light needed to be replaced. I don’t think I’ve ever gone for tires and been informed of other issues that had been recognized. Extremely satisfied with the attention to detail, customer service, responsive and respectful communication that I received while interacting with Corey. We will be returning customers!

100% will be back and couldn’t recommend more. My experience from calling off the street was phenomenal. I was having trouble with my transmission slipping. Josh took my call and executed the sale and service excellently. One of the guys there was kind to a door dasher bringing him lunch. The kid couldn’t take a tip he was trying to give him on cash app and he gifted him a service offered by them. Probably an oil change if I was guessing, but I know you don’t see that type of service anywhere these days. Made that young kids day. Especially around the holidays and someone who makes income out of his vehicle (needs it reliable). That’s my one day organic experience and look forward to being back. They did my transmission fluid and filter, front differential, back differential, and transfer case. Tech was nice and knowledgeable. Inspection was thorough.

I can’t say enough about the customer service that my husband and I have received from this stores’ manager, Josh Childers of Plaza Tire Service on Johnson. He has worked with my insurance company again and again to get me a wheel replacement. Folks I promise you this wasn’t an easy task! Want to give a big shout out to Josh!
