Had new tires put on here, mechanic scratched my rims significantly on multiple areas installing the weights. Looks like he put them on and took them off multiple times, each time scraping my rim. Pretty disappointing considering I paid them almost 400$ for tire installation and an alignment only.

The guys here are awesome! They let me know my engine filter needed changing, I came in for a tune-up, I can tell my filter did need changing because my heat is a lot hotter now lol.

So grateful for the guys at Plaza! I came in at 11 am after a big snow for Jonesboro, they got me in instantly & even helped me figure out other underlying issues. They were welcoming, kind, and very helpful. I will be coming back for any of my tire needs!

Best tire place I’ve ever been too. We came into Jonesboro and ran over a screw. We just needed a flat fixed but ended up getting 4 new tires. These guys make spending Money painless. I also noticed they had no credit financing also.

Quick, professional and courteous. Right price for the right tire. Even removed the remnants of animal carcasses from the engine bay at no additional charge! The free coffee was a plus but I wanted a bbq sammich, too!

Shop did a great job of getting me taken care of on short notice. Got me a good price and tires and installation and were really friendly and professional. I'll definitely be using Plaza Tire for my truck tire and service needs from now on.
