I picked up a nail in my tire and went to Plaza Tire just before they closed. They had rights to tell me that they could not attend to my vehicle as this request was minutes before closing. Instead, I was shown grace, and provided exceptional customer service beyond my expectations. Mr. Bill Black, the manager , and his team took care of my vehicle and dealt with me such professionalism, I am forever grateful. Well done, Plaza Tires! Top notch tire service center!

Needed two new tires while traveling from out of town. Was very pleased to learn they had the uncommon size to fit my car. Got me in early, and had two front tires and an alignment done for just a little bit more than what one tire was going to cost as Discount or Firestone. The crew there was great. Thank you all for a great experience and also saving us some money so that we could get home safe!

The guys at Plaza Tire could not have been any nicer. They came to my home to boost my battery so I could get to the store. As it turned out my battery was not bad & all I had to pay was $23.00 for the diagnostic test.

The work was fine, however the estimate was not accurate. There was a $30..00 charge for shop supplies that was added and not in the estimate I was shown. I called back to address this issue and was told it was on the estimate. IT WAS NOT. You also need to add a popcorn machine like Gateway. I have purchased 7 tire and a battery in the past year, and due to this issue I may not be back.

I brought in a tire for warranty replacement. A mail was too close to the sidewall to patch. I left the tire with them. They told me it would be ready in one hour and thirty minutes. I returned two hours later and they had not started work. Many people on cell phones and walking around. We waited another hour to get the tire replaced. Not happy with service.

I have always loved plaza tire. Unfortunately I can never bring myself to use them again. I own a business in jonesboro and always trusted the on all of my business vehicles for tires and light mechanic work. They have 3 locations and very very convenient. However I recently took in one of my vans with a tire leak. We dropped it off and was called and told that the tire had not one but 5 holes in it. I was sent pictures of “bubbles” in 5 different spots on the tire circled in chalk. I was told the tire needed replaced even though it was only half worn out. They said in fact all of your tires are dry rotted and your vehicle will be dangerous this winter. I told them to replace the tire that had “5 holes and I would come and pay them. Also, I instructed them to put the old tire in the back of my van. They did not put the tire in the van so I had to go in the back and ask for it. I took the tire to another tire shop and they repaired the one hole and confirmed it had no other holes. I took the tire back to plaza and explained to the assistant manager what happened. I told him I would never use them again. Everything was handled calmly. The assistant manager heard me out. I ended with asking him “so do you agree with me that I was blatantly lied to for an upsell on 4 new tires likely due to someone trying to get their commission”. Surprisingly he agreed with me that I had been lied to. I didn’t ask for money back or free tires as that doesn’t matter to me. What does matter is that dishonest and immoral behavior is not only being allowed but encouraged with the commission based system. My biggest concern with that a single mom could have this happen to her or someone that is already having a rough time financially. It’s really sad and disappointing when you have trusted a vendor for a long time to discover they do not care about you and are more concerned with hitting their numbers. As a business owner I understand finance very well but I have NEVER EVER encouraged my employees to sell something dishonesty. In fact I would terminate an employee for these actions even if it was never known by the public AND I benefited from it financially. I don’t know how people sleep at night knowing their paycheck wasn’t earned it was stolen from someone who it placed an unnecessary hardship on. Less knowledgeable customers who aren’t privy to this sort of thing will end up paying $800 for new tires and they really needed a $40 patch. Sad……

I have been using Plaza Tire for many years now. I always go there for my oil changes and for new tires when needed. Glad to have the new location on Southwest Drive. The guys there were great!

I’ve been taking my family’s vehicles to Plaza Tire for years. The service is always prompt and professional. My mother-in-law just recently moved to the Jonesboro area. She had a problem with one of her tires losing air. After visiting another shop in town, they told her it was fine…just the cold weather (in and out in about 5 minutes). She called me at work and I recommended that she stop by Plaza Tire, as she was getting ready to leave on a long road trip. She drove over to the Southwest Drive location. They found a screw in her tire and had her back on the road very quickly, and more important…safely! She commented on how friendly and professional everyone was to her. This is the kind of service that you can expect from the team at Plaza Tire.

Plaza on Southwest Drive got me in last minute and had my tires on in less than an hour when I had an emergency with my tires! Not to mention for much cheaper than competitors. The really tall guy (I’m sorry I forgot your name lol!) was awesome to us, we really enjoyed him! They made us feel comfortable while waiting on our vehicle as well! Give them a call next time you need tires!

There are three stores in Jonesboro The one on Southwest Dr is the best of the three hands down always courteous and polite and they do the job right the first time! Great management and team!! I highly recommend the store at 3322 Southwest Dr Jonesboro.
