Best crew in the city, the mechanics are extremely nice and hard working. They don’t try to up sell you anything. If they notice something while working on your vehicle they will give you good recommendations on what to do about it. The owner is extremely funny and a great guy. If you need a new car mechanic this is the place to go! 10/10

Went for brakes and tires. We're honest enough to tell me I didn't need tires. Very reasonable brake job and quick. Pleasantly surprised.

Shots out to Plotkins for always keeping my car on the road. Front desk guy Andrew has good customer service and always makes me want to return for my car to be served. Good customer service is always a good feeling and make me want to return back.

Great and fast service. My car had a million lights come on dash. Alex the mechanic found the issue and took care of it. Definitely would take my car back! They are amazing.

Great service. Just went in for a front end alignment without an appointment. Service was done fast. Also the people there were polite and friendly. Definitely recommend!!!!!

I had to write this review because they were quick and efficient. I took my car there from previous work they did on my car. So when my starter went up I didn't hesitate to call them again fast service and excellent pricing. I really appreciate this business some good old fashion service 🙌

I went to this business December 13,2022 for an oil change and to have my passenger side exterior door handle removed, and installed. I have frequented Plotkins on several occasions, however this time was a disaster and disappointment. My property was stolen from my vehicle, while in the bay area. My property was presented before it was driven into the bay area. I brought the theft to the manager 's attention, however nothing was done concerning the theft. I will never return to Plotkins or refer anyone to this business!

Just took my 2020 kia in after an accident. Hands down the best service EVER from an auto shop . He was quick , knowledgeable, efficient and didn’t over charge ! I had my car back in two days .. he’s also a really nice guy . 10/10 would recommend ☺️

My tire kept going flat and I couldn’t figure out why. I went to this place and within 20 minutes after arrive, they gave me a diagnosis and referred me to a tire shop for my specific car. They were kind and even took pictures to explain what was wrong and how it could be fixed. Highly recommend.

They don't overcharge you. And customer service is very good. I trust these guy's. Been dealing with them for 2yrs now. And no complaints.

After searching for a mechanic to align my car for over a week. I stopped by a shop off Pennsylvania ave, they didn't do alignments but recommended Plotkins. I went in and got my alignment, no bs, no and oh I found this that and the third. Straight to the point no nonsense service. Thank you Plotkins. I will be back.
