I went to do a DEQ test I paid and I was told to go online to get the test I wasn’t told that If I bought a new car I have to go to the actual DEQ place so they just charged me for nothing and I had to go back the next day to the actual DEQ place and paid again. Just ask for what service you will be getting before you pay.

It's really good service! Ben is a very personable people kinda guy he really does a good job listening to the customer. Now he has Crystal working in the front end to learn the business, I couldn't think of a better person to learn from, she's lucky girl.. Everytime I pick my car up it's clean doesn't have hand marks on the hood or the interior so the entire staff is on top of their job and takes pride in what they do. Thank much to Point S on Murray Road they do it RIGHT!

Was in for a DEQ test which was completed successfully. A minor mechanical issue popped up which they helped with for no charge. Will certainly be back when I need tires.

I went in to Point S with a tire that was going flat. Thomas and Chrissy in the office were very accommodating. I had a time constraint. I was due to be at work in a couple of hours upon arrival. They took the car in immediately and a short time later the shop identified a slow leak and patched it. I was able to leave with plenty of time to prepare for work, allowing my anxiety to subside.While I waited they were friendly and conversational, which also allowed me to relax. When it came to settle, there was no charge. This was a very kind gesture and caught me by surprise!

TOP NOTCH TIRES & SERVICE CENTER Don't be misled by the so so appearance of the property. Consider this Point-S location for your next treasured set of tires.In the course of my visit I learned that S-Point also does comprehensive mechanical work. With quote in hand from leading competitor, Point-S obligingly provided competitive price. Purchased NOKIAN Outpost APT tires, which Thomas (managet) had recommended upon a preliminary visit. Vehicle now has beefy yet quiet tread for the snow, with a seemingly magical tread compound touted as a 60,000 mile tire, of domestic (Dayton, OH) origin. On top of this is the fact these tires carry the new Three Peak Mountain Snowflake rating. Probably enough said. Bye-bye major national retailer... I've discovered (multi-location) Point-S automotive center for my tire needs.

I will recommend all my friends to go here they were friendly ,informative got me in quickly and were 300 cheaper than any other place I checked with a higher mileage tire .

The manager was very helpful with my van. He diagnosed the problem which turned out to be my engine. He allowed me to take the weekend to have it towed away, and did not charge for his troubles. I would go back here again anytime.

If your car needs attention it sometimes feels like having to go to the dentist... painful! Not this time. The customer service was wonderful, the people were professional and helpful, and as a bonus the prices were lower than anywhere else I've gone in the Beaverton/Portland area. Special thanks to Thomas who, though very busy, was friendly and patient.

MISLEADING They quoted my husband $50 for an oil change over the phone with the make and model. We paid $101. I was never asked which type of oil I wanted. They used an “Ultimate” which isn’t even a type. Ridiculously overpriced. We would never have booked an oil service for $100. WE WILL NOT RETURN.
